★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kara and Kneady Knots is great! I had a last minute request for a massage to help out a ski injury. She responded immediately and was very accommodating on the time and I booked on the same day. The massage itself was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I find many massage therapists cannot apply as much pressure and dig in quite as deep as I’d like. This was not the case with Kara!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel really lucky to have stumbled upon Kara. She is impressively strong and very knowledgeable about anatomy and the appropriate intervention. When I commented on how fabulous she is at her job she mentioned that she continues to pursue training, and you can really tell that she is dedicated to her craft and her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to Kara’s newly opened location in Mission. The room and amenities were all brand new and very clean and well set up. The heated massage table was comfortable and relaxing. I had won a giveaway for a 60 minute custom massage from Kara but would have gladly paid full price for it as she worked on all my tight spots with just the right amount of pressure and movement around all my sore areas. There is street parking readily available and signage was yet to be put up, but I was able to find the location without any trouble. Would definitely recommend Kara to my friends and family for custom massages. Friendly, professional, and warm-hearted :)
