I'm committed to this excellent program because I'm getting amazing results in an 'easy' routine. I hate spending time exercising - yet I KNOW how important it is for longevity and quality of life. 15 minutes once a week with expert coaching is PERFECT! Within the first few weeks I noticed my improved posture and strength. During an international business trip I had no pain or injury with long flights, lugging heavy baggage, sleeping in different beds, sitting long hours in conventions, and taking long hikes.

Absolutely love this place! Been coming for about 5 years and it is the one thing that I won't ever give up! I don't have time for the gym - this fits into my schedule easily and is so effective and efficient! Love the one on one training - staff is friendly and skilled! Being a little older, I understand how important strength training is to my overall health. I've found Evolved to be a highly effective way to measurably increase physical strength with a minimal time commitment. Not only do I feel better about myself, but after just 6 months I can see positive physical changes including much improved posture. I highly endorse Evolved.

I experience great one to one training which takes me to another level of strength. Since beginning less than a year ago I have developed both inner and muscular strength that I have never achieved before with Evolved Strength. Layton is a down to earth and encouraging trainer and I would highly recommend him. Great energy. So if I were you I would head over to their Kensington or Willow Park locations for a transformative workout. ?

I am 56. I have always taken my body and my good health for granted. But I am noticing the effects of aging and DO NOT want to be pushing a walker, or unable to pick myself up off the floor. I appreciate how carefully my trainer tracks my progress. I love how I feel for days after my workout. I love the ease of this gym and LOOOOOVE the free parking. And I particularly love how quickly I have seen results. Evolved is a non-negotiable part my self-care.

Evolved Strength takes the guesswork out of getting stronger. I’ve always felt intimidated or overwhelmed at gyms, but Evolved Strength’s personalized, one-on-one workouts make me feel safe and supported. It’s easy to fit the short workout into my busy schedule, and I know it’s effective because my muscles are always absolutely exhausted after. I’ve been training with Jill for 4 months and her positive encouragement gets me through the toughest sets!

My wife and I joined Evolved in October last year and have loved it. The 15 minute workout is tough enough to get me in shape, but short enough that I don't skip workouts when I am busy. We have had great trainers - thanks Layton, Ashley and Kaylee!! I am in my 50's and am in better shape now that I have been in a long long time. With the help of a good diet and some cardio I have been able to drop almost 100 pounds.

I joined Evolved 2 months ago and I love it. I joined just as I was returning to run from an injury that took me out for several months. I know how important cross training and strength training is for running and I wanted to set myself up for success. After two months, I feel stronger, my posture is better, I no longer have back pain getting out of bed and I am starting to see a positive change in my body composition. I go twice a week and the short (intense) workouts make it easy for me to go during my lunch hour. The one-on-one coaching is great for newbies like me, as the coaches make sure my form is correct, they remind me to breathe, and they push me to levels I don't think I could achieve on my own! Thank you Coaches Kayley and Dudley for making this a great experience and pushing me (safely) out of my comfort zone!

After reading β€œBody by Science” I was convinced that high intensity strength training was the most efficient and effective way to get a terrific workout in a minimal amount of time. I found Evolved and have been a client for almost five years. I was looking for a method to gain and maintain strength for both the lifestyle benefits and for aesthetic reasons. Working with the trainers has been a pleasure and in particular with Jill, who is always very conscientious and motivating in pushing me during each workout. I have never been stronger or felt better! I will definitely continue with Evolved for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend!
