His teaching/school is for all levels. Just as Pattabhi Jois taught. Highly recommended.

He is an inspiration to all of his students, with his own personal dedication to the practice and the lineage, with his depth of knowledge of the human body and his kind spirit. His knowledge of pranayama practices (the breath) helps to move us further into the practice. He works with all levels of participants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff Lichty is an amazing teacher and guide. His knowledge of yoga obviously runs deep and extends far beyond the popular limited conception of yoga as asana. Jeff is authentic, has a great sense of humour, and a gift for connecting with his students and fostering community spirit. He genuinely cares, pays attention to details, and offers one on one personalized instruction. Practising with Jeff early each morning in the traditional Mysore style sets the stage for each new day. It may not be easy to get my butt out of bed some days, but I am committed because I know from experience that I will be most thankful for it! :-)
