★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knappett jewellers is an amazing place! I came in looking for an engagement ring, knowing nothing about diamonds. Paul spent close to an hour giving me a lesson on diamonds before even showing me one. I ended up getting a beautiful Knappett signature ring that paul designed himself. There was never a time I felt pressured, or that he was trying to sell me something . He genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect ring, and that he did! Will always recommend this place to anyone.

Paul Knappett custom made both of our wedding rings and just finished making an anniversary band for my wife to mark our 15th.
Almost all my wife's jewelry, both our watches, and several chiming clocks all came from here.
Whether it is a simple present for a niece's birthday, or a special project, I know I can always trust the quality of their products and the fairness of their prices.
I would recommend them to everyone.
Now celebrating 50 years of helping their customers, Knappett's always get it right.

It was exactly what we asked for and it’s beautiful! Paul helped me to navigate a decision regarding a family heirloom and he put a lot of time and effort into coming up with the right plan. Customer service was excellent and there is reason they have been an important part of Newmarket small businesses for 50 years!
