★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I go back to this store the service gets a bit worse, today I watched the cashiers berate 5 customers in a row for not lining up properly. Meanwhile there is no sign post for the lineup. Grumpy, rude, unnecessarily combative with customers. Avoid unless you cannot find in stock elsewhere.

Seemed super busy today but the young fellow on till 1 was extremely helpful both to me and their fellow cashiers. Looked stressful but they took it like a champ! I hope that person is treated well.
I will definitely be doing my business here from now on.

I’ve bought tools from here in the past scroll saw, sanders etc. I was looking for a dust collector that can help with our shop and was told by a gentlemen working in the belt sander area. “Well what we have is what we sell” and depends on application…eyes rolled, shoulders shrugged ….so we continued conversing my husband and I makes picture frames and collects so much dust from our belt sander and looking for recommendations since there is so many in the market what would you recommend? . Eyes rolled as he shakes his head…” well I don’t know it’s what we have as you can see”. The couple beside me said there’s a few on the flyer so you can see them. I agreed and said yes that’s why I am here I did see there are many options but don’t even know where to start. The worker and the area just shrugged his head and decided to no longer correspond to us. As we apologize and said all we needed was your input/recommendation…Never have I felt belittled and idiotic. My husband and I looked at each other and didn’t know how to respond so we stated we will leave and go somewhere else maybe busy bee. The customer’s apologies beside us and stated I’m sorry you went through that. We left wondering what is was we said or did. Was this a racial issue? We are well educated with our current equipment, we knew we needed a 110v but that was it regarding a dust collector. A simple dust collector was what we needed regardless of price we just needed a recommendation. I have never felt so offended in my life for a simple inquiry we had kms tools

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped at KMS Tools & Equipment yesterday and I was greeted by the friendliest cashiers. I went to till 1 and I asked the young lady working there if she knew where I could find this specific tool. After checking to make sure the item was in stock in the store, without hesitation she wandered away to grab my item for me. Talk about effective shopping! Despite her being in a sling, she carried the tool to her till and rang me through. Kaylee is the most efficient and personable cashier, being in a sling and notably in pain didn't slow her down or stop her from giving me the best customer service humanly possible. She had a beautiful smile plastered on her face the entire transaction and talked to me with so much kindness and happiness. I was shocked to have received such amazing customer service from this young lady, especially considering she only had one wing working! The world needs more positive customer service, such as the one Kaylee provided me today. I hope this girl is valued within her company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just paid $100 for an advent calendar as a gift for someone (which I purchased online because I was out of town when the sale started).
They carelessly stuck a shipping label on the front of the package and completely ruined the box. VERY unimpressed. This is not the first negative experience with this store either, so I will source my parts elsewhere going forward. I could have paid $10 more to have it delivered from Amazon and wouldn’t have had to go pick it up or have to gift someone ruined packaging. But I wanted to support a local business. I wish I didn’t feel like that was a mistake.
