My only complaint is they don’t stock a lot of items shown in the catalogue and therefore must order them in which sometimes takes weeks. The sales associates also aren’t the best at judging which size you’d need and all clothing items should be tried on before you buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order through this website, which successfully went through. The company decided to cancel the order without telling me. Extremely poor service as I have been waiting for the product to arrive; now it is unavailable elsewhere. I understand that it is something in high demand and that they weren't able to fulfill the order but why on earth they couldn't send an email to tell me I don't know. I do not recommend this company.

Reasons to avoid this company:
1. Glitchy website: they recorded my card but did not fulfill my order. They claimed my order was not available on their system but my credit card showed a pending transaction with them.
2. Customer support changed my email’s content unprofessionally and deleted the parts of concern not to address the issue
3. They are overpriced comparing to other competitors. They charged $60 on items that other competitors are selling for $40
4. They charge GST on some health/safety items that are exempt from GST according to the government

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a replacement screw, (only needed one, but they only come in sets of 100, so at least I'll have spares). Was told they'd call me next week when they're in. Two weeks later, no call, no text, no email. I spend an hour trying to call them, can't get through to anyone, there's not even a direct store phone number, so I go down to to the store to see if my order is in like its 1890.... It was, but customers shouldn't have to waste our time like this.
