★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place for it's close proximity to the amazing Klippers restaurant and for its pleasingly cool air conditioning, super comfy king size bed and the large sofa and living area. Plus to have the outdoor area to chill out with a cool glass of wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, friendly service, and to-die-for cinnamon buns at Klippers Organics around the corner from the guest suites. The restaurant next door served an amazing 7-course dinner of gastronomic dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 6 months in one of the beautiful and well appointed Klippers guest suites. The owners are very approachable and friendly and came over immediately when we had an issue with the TV. The environment is beautiful. We enjoyed many walks along the country roads and loved watching the fall harvest. We ordered Klippers organic veggies on a regular basis and they were delivered right to our door or picked up at the restaurant. It's also a bonus that RowFourteen is just down the street. This restaurant is like no other we've experienced. The building is beautiful and the Farm to Table food is amazing! We can't wait for the Farm Market and Coffee House to open! Thanks so much Kevin and AnnaMarie for providing such a great experience for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous location with friendly and quick to communicate hosts. The Klipper Guest Suites was the perfect place for our weekend away. We especially loved the proximity to their restaurant (Row Fourteen - AMAZING!) and the 5 minute walk to the coffee shop - excellent coffee and beautiful pastries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Klippers Guest suites for 2 nights while wine touring in the area and it was great! We loved the location - you’re right in the orchard surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery in the heart of the Similkameen valley. The suites are very well equipped- the kitchen had everything you could need and the beds are very comfortable. The suites are a great layout for a group and it’s only a quick walk to their restaurant, cidery and the cafe. I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying the amazing hospitality at Klippers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful stay this weekend that exceeded our expectations. Very clean accommodations with comfortable beds. Just a short walk to fine dining and cafe, right on the property. Lovely outdoor area at every suite to enjoy a glass of wine. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klippers guest suites is the place to stay when you are visiting Smilkameen wine country. The suites are surrounded by a beautiful fruit orchard with views up and down the valley. Row Fourteen restaurant is a MUST while staying and is a short enjoyable stroll through the orchard. Fully equipped kitchens and the comfortable and cozy beds make your stay so enjoyable. Plenty of parking, with easy access to your suite you will be drinking wine on the beautiful deck in no time.
Kevin and Anna Marie were always quick to respond, extremely helpful and easy to chat with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an awesome experience at klippers , the suite were nice , the location was awesome . there was little miscommunication with the housekeeping but the owner handled it really well, he came to the suite and made the suite clean in jiffy. he also offered to reimburse the whole amount for our stay without us even asking for it.
beautiful farm and location was peaceful.
thanks for making our stay wonderful.. will recommend this place to everyone and will visit again.
