Timber that delivers on all the things that matter most: Very high quality of product and service; competitive pricing (they do much of their own logging and pass the savings on); sustainability; selection, and customization. The fact that their contractor clients' projects include Bass Pro, Cabela's, and Great Wolf Lodges, speaks for itself.

Respectful, attentive and when the glitch came up with the order, it felt like he dropped everything else to look after us. It was very impressive to see the high level of customer service this company delivers to their clients. We will absolutely use him again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clayton Hillman is truely a man of his word. What should have been a quick order and delivery was compromised by a change in plans (to which Hilton was more than helpful) and then a long ordeal with the building department for my final permit in California. All in all it took two years from the time I ordered until I was just able to arrange for delivery. Through all this, Clayton was extremely patient and helpful. I will be happy to update this review when my logs arrive. For now let me say the price was right, the service exceptional and working with Clayton is a pleasure.
