The best campground we have ever been to. Clean, organized, fully equipped, hot showers, coffee shop. Beaches lovely. Close to town and bike paths.

Booking a 2 night stay $1200 4 months ahead of the date was very friendly. Then when I had to cancel my booking 3 months! Before our stay I was treated so rude. I explained for personal reasons which I just found out that my family won’t be able to travel to Tofino. I was just told yes you can cancel but it’s a $40 fee. Like this place charges $500+ a night and it’s 3 months notice I’m giving you due to a personal reason. This resort is highly sought out and I’m sure they have a waiting list . I think it’s very unfair to charge someone a fee when canceling so far ahead in time. I will never want to book a stay again with a place that is clearly out for your money.

We were at RV site 24. 35 ft. Limit is exactly that. Once we were in we loved quietness and surrounded by vegetation. Great office and info with a specialty coffee shop . Large deck outside with chairs and gas fire place. Short walk to large beach area.Short drive to long beach and tofino. Well be back.

Immaculately tended site, very friendly staff from initial phone booking to the grounds people keeping the camp tidy. Perfect site for beach access, some cabins practically on the sand. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

This is our second time staying at Crystal Cove (RV). The resort is right on the beach, and easily accessible, we went for a walk every night for sunset. They have many many grounds staff working at keeping the grounds spotless, one day after a cyclone they had cleared out most of the debris and the resort was back to looking fantastic again. The staff at the front desk were also amazing to deal with and so accommodating. Communication was great, emails received were detailed. Facilities: Bathrooms have been updated since we were there last. Water is nice and hot, bathrooms were always cleaned. Laundry: $3/ wash $3/ dry, fairly standard for what we've encountered on the island Wifi: Good enough to complete emails Overall great resort, we will be back

We had a wonderful stay here. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The resort is dog-friendly. The storm watching special is great value for money. Good customer service, as well. And a beautiful location for going for a beach walk every morning.

As far as the campgrounds go it’s one of the best. You can totally see the staff and management truly cares about every little detail. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. It has a beautiful private ocean stretch with very nice water front cottages.

PET OWNERS. There was somethings we enjoyed about our time at Crystal Cove, and somethings we didn't. The location in Tofino, and the beach access were fantastic. The dog washing station was also a handy feature. Complimentary firewood and ice were nice. We weren't very happy when we arrived to our cabin and found the cleaning wasn't the best. The email we received before check went over all of their rules for the cabin and additional fees you could be charged for any additional cleaning for pet fur, dishes, etc. We messaged the office about the first thing we noticed and they were quick to offer to come in to clean the missed area, and send a bottle of wine/chocolates for the trouble. Later in the evening though, we noticed most of the dishes (which are the guests responsibility to clean the ones they use (no dishwasher) before checking out or else they would receive a $40 cleaning fee) were dirty... so we opted not to use any of them because we didn't feel like washing dishes in order to use them and then washing them again before checking out while on our vacation. We were also disappointed to have paid an $40 pet fee but be given strict rules to not allow our dog on any furniture/ linens and to only use the pillow case thin "dog bed" they provided or be charged an additional $40 pet cleaning fee, to not allow the dog on the second story balcony/ walk way, and to not leave the dog unattended in the cabin for any length of time. We brought our dog blanket and bed from home, so no biggie for the first rule, but not allowing the dog on the balcony or to be alone in the cabin wouldn't allow for your entire party to use the hot tub at once. We realize not all dogs are capable of being left alone in a cabin for 30 minutes, but an unfortunate rule for those who have dogs that can. So I guess put your dog in your car while you sit on your balcony in the tub.
