★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best place in Tofino, you won't find better. We have been visiting Tofino for a number of years staying at different vacation properties. Their cabin, we stayed at Cedar Shack, is equipped with an incredible home feel the second you walk in, warm and welcoming. Amazing little touches everywhere throughout, nothing has been missed. You feel pampered and surrounded in comfort and warmth. I expect the smaller of the cabins is just as welcoming. The layout of their property is such to provide complete privacy for the guests, its kept immaculate without being manicured with beautiful west-coast shrubbery and large Rhododendrons, unfortunately we didn't see them in bloom this year, but will try next spring. Barb and Daniel have gone above and beyond the call of duty as the perfect hosts. I can highly recommend this place for your next trip to Tofino. Thank you and continued success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just stayed there August 13 to 17 th. 4 nights, and since that moment we arrived we felt very uncomfortable with the other neighbours which apparently he was the owners son and daugther- in law that are staying in the property for a month.
He came to us, to tell us that “please don’t step on their entrance Or come any near to they porch which is a share beach entrance. We never had any instructions of where we can or can’t go! Communication with Barbara was minimal but her family staying there make sure that we can’t be any near around the property so it make us feel like we were intruding when we were actually paying + $300 a night. We understand is COVID times but we are paying to stay safe and feel comfortable.
Microwave broke and start making noises at 4 am.
Utensils in super bad shape.
No beach towels.
Only good thing was the beach and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Surf Shack, what an amazing time, absolutely Gorgeous. So cozy and comfy in this charming cottage. Comfy bed, great spot charming and well equipped. Hot tub was heavenly and loved the outdoor shower. We will make this place a new tradition. Thank you to the Lamarche Family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Surf Shack was conveniently located near a tree lined trail directly to the beach. We loved that this cute cabin was located privately on the lot and that once we received the keys we were all to ourselves. The space is clean and cozy. It includes all the necessities to relax and enjoy. We loved feeling like we were visiting our own home away from home. We are planning our next trip back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly Perfect Getaway, adorable cabin with well stocked kitchen. Well organized, many small details you will appreciate, well maintained and cozy. The location to the beach was amazing, we had our own hot tub and little garden- star gazing was super amazing. Quiet and peaceful property and area. We will be back and recommend this place to all our Friends and Family. A delightful Retreat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful property super close to the beach and spotless. We walked over to chesterman beach with our morning coffee and it was breathtaking! Our cabin the Surf Shack was very cozy and comfortable, it pretty much had more than we needed with a lot of special touches which shows the owners care about their guests. The hot tub under the stars was the cherry on the cake allowing us to enjoy the sound of the waves in a beautiful and private surrounding. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgot to take photos of the actual property because we were too busy enjoying our stay! We stayed at the Surf Shack in February. The cabin had everything we needed and more (Crocs for the hot tub, outside shower, towels, toiletries, cable, basic pantry items, etc). Walk across the street and be on the beach within two minutes! Watch kite boarders and surfers play, dogs run, and small groups enjoying beach fires. Gorgeous spot, we will be back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the best! The attention to detail is what sets this place apart! Literally anything I could have needed they had. The cute pebble walk way from the Parking to the cedar shack was so cute! Lots of fun little artifacts in the gardens! I loved the fairy houses in the back garden, and the outdoor shower!
