K	Katie Hillier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff with good quality brands. My family and I have been a regular customer of the store for many years. I was always able to fillf my mom's Christmas Stocking up with usefull kitchen products. Always clean and well decorated.
M	Mail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, terrible experience. The staff in the store were like police officers patrolling and constantly being behind our back. The guy with a grey hair was keeping an eye on us all the time. He was peeking behind the shelves! We have noticed the same with the other two staff in the store: older lady and the women with the short hair. We came in to spend at least $ 1500 on the presents and left with nothing. The worst staff and the worst in the store atmosphere in our lives. We will spread the word within our community, family, friends and on the local pages about this experience. We will never go there again as I feel like I experienced some sort of trauma. Terrible.

I attempted to return a product (which was over priced - found same product on line for $11.00 less) and was met with a non-credit policy to my credit card because I was one week past the January 7th, 2022 deadline. I was not going to accept that!! One of the 2 owners just kept repeating himself in a very self-serving manner and then the other owner piped up and poured gas on the situation. he should have kept his mouth shut. I have done business with this company for years and will NEVER go back. Strongly suggest customers compare prices to same products online.

The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They always have new and interesting items making it exciting to come back to over and over. This is my go-to store and always look forward to visiting.

Unfortunately the prices were far beyond my budget. I know that generally, you get what you pay for ….I personally can’t afford the high quality products on offer at this really nice store.

The staff and owners are amazing and I've never had a bad experience. I'm actually shocked by some of the reviews because we have never felt watched or unwelcome. In fact, the opposite, the staff are super helpful and the owners are so lovely. We frequent this store every couple of weeks and absolutely love just wandering around. They do a dine and demo also and I would highly recommend that experience if it comes back. We love it.
