Their places may be a little bit expensive but that is the world we live in...??♂️
It is a prime location near heritage train station with all major parks, malls and rec areas nearby. Truly an ideal place to live if you can afford it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE company. The Calgary By-Laws state that they cannot start construction until 7am on week days. I leave for work at 6:30am and they have the radio blasting and people working. Sometimes I wake up at 4am to them working! I, and the rest of my building, have called Calgary By-Laws dozens of times, the By-Law officer has contacted them NUMEROUS times and they refuse to stop.

Entry to the building is a pain at the front. In the winter you will freeze at the door trying to get access.
2. When you get access if you have a car and need to update for parking the second door is closed
3. Some of the floor plans are small
4. It's clean and fresh
Overall it's a good place as the overall cost for rental is good.
5. Close to Chinook mall/ CF
6. Close to LRT station
7. Access to downtown is easy
8. Lots of amenities around

The first impression was very good, with Hailey Kulczycki by phone being was very helpful, professional, and kind.
We kept having a great experience with Mr. Deepak Shrestha the Administration/Leasing Coordinator, who showed us everything we asked for and clarified every single question. Excellent work, very fast and cordial.

He is one of the better leasing agents we've dealt with and we really appreciated the time he spent showing us all the units/options available. He is a dream to work with and made everything so so easy for us. His response time was also impeccable. I recommend seeing him if you are interested in seeing the property.
