After not even a year our Kingsdown queen mattress is sagging, not good for my back at all and no warranty due to Sears close in Canada last year. Expensive but not a good one!! Wish I can return this and have a smaller better one.
J	Jason McMillan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality expensive matresses. My wife and I bought a $4000 king and $3000 queen Kingsdown mattresses in 2012. They supposedly have "10 year" warranty but getting the warranty fulfilled is impossible, the mattresses are in flawless cosmetic condition but don't qualify for warranty because they don't meet the required depression level. For the past four years I have been a battling with my health and failing sleep quality all at the same time, I don't think Kingsdown realises that people don't have the time required to devote a good portion of time to try to get their expensive mattresses warrantied. I ended up getting a $300 foam mattress and it has been a far superior choice to both Kingsdown beds. If you are thinking about buying this brand, you should really think twice. It cost me $7000 for four years of good sleep; after 4 years the beds are not comfortable anymore and will need to be replaced.
R	Robert Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other reviewers we purchased a very expensive ($3K) Kingsdown Myside 3 mattress in 2015 and were very unhappy. We only use the mattress for 3 months a year and yet after very light use the mattress sagged on both sides and had a large hump down the middle. Clearly very poor quality. I went back to the retail store and found it had closed so I went directly to the manager of Kingsdown Calgary. The manager did come through for us and offered a new mattress. He suggested a mattress from the "President" line saying it has better support and longer life. The "Yellow" version is softer but it felt very much like our old MySide 3 so we selected the firmer "Green" version. Kingsdown earns a 1 star review because of the defective mattress but they get 3 bonus stars for making the replacement process relatively easy in my case (although it sounds like I may be the exception to the rule so judge for yourself). I will update this review if the new mattress doesn't hold up but I have high hopes. Kingsdown came through for me in the end so thanks Kingsdown!

A	Awny Betts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Kingsdown SOHO mattress about 3 years ago. The mattress on the showroom floor was exactly what we were looking for and very comfortable. The mattress that arrived was not at all like the showroom model and very uncomfortable. We tried to get a replacement or refund and the company sent out a rep that took no concern and kept insisting that the mattress is in perfect condition, and that it will take some time for us to adjust. 3 years of rotating, adjusting, and trying different pillows/sleep postures have not changed anything. The mattress is still terrible. We're replacing it and not buying Kingsdown again.

If your looking for job in factory this is the place to be!
R	Ray Nanan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Defective Kingsdown mattress after 6 months of use. I purchased a Kingsdown Hewitt king size mattress from Sleep country in November 2021. After a few months of use the mattress started to have depressions and became uncomfortable. After 6 months the depression was so bad I filed a warranty claim with sleep country..This is still unresolved. Now for a mattress as expensive as this Kingsdown is , the quality is horrendous. How could depressions or impressions after such a short time of use be acceptable? Save yourself a lot of money, don’t buy a Kingsdown. When you have a warranty claim they have a long list of requirements that will negate your claim and you will not get a resolution. If you do decide to waste your money on a Kingsdown or at sleep country ask them for the terms and conditions of the warranty, you will quickly realize that you have no way of successfully getting a resolution. There are other mattresses out there. This is my first experience with Kingsdown and it will definitely be my last. Absolutely horrible product!
