B	Bo Fric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andy, Jin and the team at Ikitchen Calgary have been dealing with all of our built-in cabinetry and bars/wet-bars/vanities for nearly three years now, and have completed over 100 projects for my company Reimagine Builders. I actually followed Andy when he went to work at Ikitchen after leaving a larger cabinet company because I appreciated his customer service. Since we have started working with them, the cabinetry side of our company has improved a great deal. Their delivery and install times are much faster than you will find with some of the bigger companies, which is critical as one of the biggest delays we faced on our projects in the early years was slow turnaround on cabinetry. I have read the negative reviews posted about Ikitchen below and couldn't find them further from the truth. All of their installs have been very professional and well done. We warranty all of our projects from top to bottom for 5 years, and I have not had a single warranty call on any of our projects from Ikitchen. Furthermore, the quality of the Austrian hardware they provide is much better than the Chinese made slow-close hinges that most of the other companies are using. Also the gables, shelves and backing are generally 0.25" thicker than their competitors. They are always quick to respond to any requests that I or my clients may have. The designs always come out beautiful and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Ikitchen to anyone looking to have cabinets built in Calgary, and would be happy to take any calls as a reference on their behalf. Bo Fric Reimagine Builders

Custom built, delivered and installed when promised, great attention to detail. Their Granite and Marble countertops always fit beautifully and are thicker / better quality than many others. Above all - their pricing is very competitive. (Custom cabinets and granite countertops for a recent project were cheaper from them than just the cabinets from Ikea! And they did the install - saving us days building and installing the ikea junk).

The installers were rude, they did poor pattern matching, broke our slab in their shop and again on site, and then did a poor repair job. I tried to get the final invoice from Ikitchen as I could not get this information from the contractor, Smith Renovations. This information is rightfully mine but the Andy, who oversaw the project, would not provide the information. I do not recommend this company.
E	Elaine D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my kitchen cabinets made from this company Ikitchen Ltd at location 7-1313 44 Ave NE, Calgary, AB in year 2015. I need to write this review to let people know that the kitchen cabinet quality from this company is very poor, the price is expensive. They sent an inexperience, first time installer to install my kitchen. The owners, two Chinese guys, told me that this installer was good. I was very unhappy with the result because the installer had no experience installing cabinet from this company, and he installed the whole kitchen cabinets wrong and he had to uninstalled the cabinets and reinstalled them again. Worse, because my cabinet needed to drill a hole for the socket inside the cabinet so that I can have under cabinet light hidden, the wrong installation made the hole off to one side that half of the socket was covered. I talked to the owners and he didn't want to fix it. Well not only the service was bad, but the product is bad too. After one year, the hinges were broken. I had to replace the door hinges. Then the quality of good material. After two years, the cabinet sides by the stove can't stand the heat of cooking and steaming, and that sides are showing side of peeling and cracking if I don't cover with a card board. When I talked to my friends, they said that they cooked and steamed more than I did and their kitchen cabinets have no problem. So I don't recommend to buy kitchen cabinets from I Kitchen Ltd. I give it 1 star for poor quality and poor services.

Jin and Tan are very knowledgable and responsive and their installers did a fantastic job for us. Our island is 6‘ x 10‘ and was extremely heavy but the three guys got it in without any problems. I’ve waited many years for an update to my kitchen and just couldn’t be happier. We have used I kitchen twice before on other renovation projects and I’ve always been happy with their work. And their price just can’t be beat. I would totally recommend I kitchen.
