★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver was courteous and helpful, BUT I rated low because we pre-scheduled the taxi and called to confirm it for ride to the airport to catch our International flight; however they arrived 20 min after scheduled time! Nearly made us miss our check-in time. We only had 4 min to spare when arrived at check in. They in our experience can't be trusted to be punctual even when scheduled in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service taking the cab from YVR to quarantine hotel tonight - driver #7. The driver was impatient and rude, threw our luggages onto the middle of the road, and demands a $10 tip on a $20 trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YVR to Van. Cab#7. Driver was rude, didn't wear a mask, and lied about not accepting VISA. Why lie and force cash payment? Are they fishing for tips or practicing tax evasion?
Will go with something with a rating system next time. 100% Uber >Kimber
Update: customer support confirmed that all of their cabs accept VISA. They also said that the same drivers drive the same cars, but just went ahead and dismissed our concerns and said that it wasn't possible that their drivers were rude and to quote "are you sure it was Kimber cabs?" "That's just not very believable", then hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K16S asked if I was paying cash , then gave me a hard time because I said I was on debt , when the flat rate came up to $32 from YVR to down town and I asked him to make it a even $35 he said , “ only a three dollar tip?” I know it’s a low percentage, but I tip according to service, if he didn’t ask me me to pay cash and I didn’t have to say my address three times and spell out “Richards “ he would have gotten more , called to complain at there dispatch, they where very Receptive, and Concerned about the drivers attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone. I booked a cab well in advance for a ride to the airport. I asked them in my email when making a reservation to confirm via email and reply back. They did not so I called several days in advance to ensure I was booked in and they said they had my reservation. So on pickup day they were a NO SHOW. They wouldn’t even answer the phone in the office when I tried to call and find out where they were. I was going to the airport and everything was timed accordingly . I almost missed my flight. The line ups at the airport are horrendous and being on time is important. They didn’t Even call me or message me too let me know they can’t come or if their running late. Luckily a Lyft driver was nearby and I got to the airport in the nick of time. This cab company is a failure I’m my opinion on so many levels. Use Uber or Lyft or even another Richmond cab company. I strongly recommend not using Kimber Cabs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your cab# 66 driver was seen shaking the dirt of his cab mats on the forecourt with doors wide open parked next to pump at shell gas station in North Delta on Thurs Jan 26th around 10 pm. This is giving your business a bad name!
When the driver was asked to stop. His response was:
“Where does it say that you cannot clean your mats here?”
Clearly management needs to train this driver about common decency. Decent people use a vacuum at home, gas station or at a car wash place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DRIVER of cab #K87 cut me off completely when I had the green light would’ve caused an accident if my autonomous braking didn’t kick in. and the best part was I caught it on my dash cam. Highly disregarded public saftey.
