★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always some competition that tries to take down Kim with fake reviews. Known Kim for years through horses and we take our dog to her. Our dog sheds a lot less when we get around to maintaining her coat. Kim is an animal person. She is a highly experienced groomer. Not too many in town can do it the way she does... far exceeds competition with technique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Boston to Kim’s for a nail trim and received amazing service. Kim was friendly, professional and great with my little guy. He’s not always the easiest to trim, but with Kim he didn’t make a sound and was totally comfortable! Will be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my dog off for a nail trim today and I was told to bring her anytime between 12-3 because it was “just a nail trim”. When I arrived they took 10 minutes to answer the door and told me she wasn’t booked in till 3 (I work at 3 and stated that in the message I left when booking) on top of all that, there was another customer outside who tried to pick up my dog without permission and grabbed her face when she was nipping because she was scared. I was left waiting for my dog for an hour when it was supposed to take 10 minutes. I will not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim is absolutely the best! I have had my dog at many groomers over his 13 years of life and Kim is by far the best! She is fast, super well priced, and my little man always comes home looking so handsome. I was tired of never getting what I wanted and paying ridiculous amounts of money on groomers, so I saw Kim's shop and took a chance on her and I'm sooooo glad I did. Best groomer around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great groomer for our dogs but took tooooooo loooongggggg to cut their hair. Brought them at 12 noon and finished at 6:30 PM. She said she had many dogs and next time , show her the cut we want ahead of time. Well do not take too many dogs if you cannot handle it on time! Longest groomer I ever had! She is not organized. Can’t find the record of our dogs in her file. ???Our dogs are starving and very thirsty when they came home. ?She cuts one of our dog’s nail too short and ended bleeding both paws. She said the bleeding might because he ran outside back and forth! Duhhhh!!! If I can post a picture here how bad she cuts the nails I will do. I will never go back here again for my dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and overpriced. This is the first time and definitely the last going there. It took almost 5 hours to get the service done. My dog was so thirsty and hungry when she gets home. The results of the service is not that really good. Last thing, mode of payment is cash only and not even providing receipt. ?♂️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall cut was done good. Price was pretty high. There was quite a few nails cut too short. All the dewclaws were short to the point of bleeding despite my dogs nails are white and you can easily see the inside of the nail. She also had my dog over 6 hrs. Way too long, my girl came home very dehydrated.
Will not be going back.
