K	Kathleen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This daycare used to be a fantastic spot to send my daughter too, when Winnie was in charge. There has been a huge turnover of staff and a new manager Karen that’s been there for not even a year. In my opinion, she should not be running a child care centre, she is rude, ignorant and she has not given me any reassurance in regards to sanitizing the centre especially with it currently being in outbreak of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease. Her and her staff lost something extremely special to my daughter that she had at birth. She thought replacing it would suffice… it was irreplaceable. She has been rude on a number of occasions to me. When I get my hands on head offices number, I’ll be lodging many complaints, she doesn’t deserve to be running that beautiful centre.

He has grown up so much since then and we appreciate everything all the staff has done to keep him engaged and help raise him to be the awesome boy he is today. He loves going to daycare and the staff love having him. No hesitation to recommend Kids First and our new baby boy will be signed up as well.

My kids love going to daycare everyday. The staff are very interactive and caring with the kids. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to leave my kids with. Thank-you for all you do.
E	Erica Cowie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have utilized several daycares for our two daughters throughout the pandemic and the experience at KidsFirst has been far superior to any other daycare we have experienced. Not only are the kids not packed like sardines in each classroom like many other daycares are, they provide a clean, professional, healthy, engaging and educational approach to care. They also engaged the parents with updates on food provisions and daily photos through their app. What we found most intriguing was the daily "quiet time" that they provided to the kids, even in the school age group. It was SO valuable!! My kids were coming home overstimulated, exhausted and cranky after other camps and daycare days. The afternoon quiet time provided at KidsFirst was extremely beneficial as our children could take a pause from the activity schedule -- or even nap, and come home feeling balanced, refreshed and happy. We will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I got a call to work for them shortly after and kindly turned down the offer because something else came up. I explained that to them and then I was treated with disrespect. Soon after I found out they have a secret group chat where they talk poorly about others. Very disappointing to hear as it was a nice place and the reviews were so high.
