The environment is safe, there are tons of activities and the girls are very prefessional while still being caring. Meals provided and hours very flexible. The best around! I will definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son attended the Courtice location for a little over 3 years and all I have is great things to say.
The safety and organization is better than I have seen anywhere else, the teachers were all great from when he was in the toddler room right up to when he moved on to bigger and better things.
Their communication was great, the place is extremely clean, and they always had special activities planned.
Only single knock on them would be they don't offer bus service once your child gets to grade 1, but that is based on demand and they just didn't have enough kids signed up. Recommend 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My older son has been at the Courtice location 6 years ago it was very great experience for him and now his 2 years brother is attending HHDC courtice since October 2020 . He is learning so much from the very caring professional staff!
The management and the staff are amazing and very professional during the Covid-19 pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has been at the Courtice location for just over a year, she has learned so much from the very friendly and caring staff! I honestly couldn't speak more highly of the people who work here, especially through the Covid-19 pandemic.
Helping hands daycare has been amazing through this time, they have all the information available for us parents and are so helpful with any questions you might have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child started attending the daycare about 5 months ago. It has been great! My child enjoys going every day. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Any questions that we’ve had have been answered quickly and clearly. They’ve been very organized through changing COVID guidelines and have effectively communicated these changes with the parents. We are very happy with our choice of daycare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of my kids attend Helping Hands Courtice and we feel so lucky to have found this daycare. The staff are incredible and really care for the children. My son often tells me he loves his teachers and they are his best friends. We always feel that our children are kept safe and we never worry about their care when they’re their. During a pandemic, they have followed all of the guidelines which has kept our children and families safe during a very scary time. Finding a team of teachers and caregivers like this is like winning the lottery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They skipped my son on the wait-list he was # 53 in Sept 2021 and is now # 49 it is may 4th 2022 he has been referred to daycare by a doctor to help with his autism he is three,non- verbal and hurts himself hits his head on the floor.They had a location in bomanville open a month ago and are accepting transfers before the courtice designated wait-list.They won't prioritize him and say he has no placement there until Sept 2023.Even if they were accepting transfers over their own list it seems wrong, bomanville open for one month and he has only moved four spots in 9 months.
