“Transitioning from maternity leave to work is a scary ordeal. My husband and I researched and visited several day cares and day homes before visiting the Meadows open house. We had a gut feeling right from the start that this is where my child needs to go. All my worries and fears vanished. The staff is amazing. They are caring, patient and fun. They always greet my child with smiles and open arms. The theme days and art projects they do with all the kids are awesome. I also love the outdoor activities they do everyday. The staff also taught my child sign language! I would recommend the Meadows to any parent out there. I go to work knowing that my child is in great hands and well taken care of. Nothing beats that peace of mind.”

I have never worked at a place that is as amazing as this Child Care facility. The owner is like family and runs an amazing program. The atmosphere of the facility is by far the best I have ever worked in. As a staff member you are treated like a professional and you are recognized by the work you do. The children are always happy and engaged in activities that are based off of their interests. Staff are also shown appreciation on a regular basis and love coming to work. Thank you Gillian for an amazing 15 + years and I can’t wait to see what the future brings.

I have had children in the infant, toddler and preschool rooms so we have first hand experience with almost all staff and every single one has been wonderful. My boys are always telling stories of their experiences at daycare and how much they love their friends and teachers. Thank you A&D for providing such a warm environment for my boys to spend their day!

A few things that are amazing about this daycare: - The staff are lovely and treat my son like family. They support his interests, development and growth and expose him to new experiences he wouldn't otherwise be exposed to. - They arrange so many interesting and fun activities for the kids to do; the creativity is amazing and my son is thriving in this environment. - We receive a daily report from staff on what the kids did that day, what they ate, etc. The lines of communication are always open and they are very transparent with the goings on at the center. - We receive photos on the daycare's private app pretty much every day so we can see with our own eyes what our son is up to. I could go on and on about this daycare. Overall, my family loves A&D and I would recommend this daycare to any parent who is looking for childcare that goes above and beyond.
B	Becky Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with A&D childcare has been nothing but amazing. Both children ages 3 and 1 attend the daycare and enjoy it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they all know both my children by name. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and smiles every morning at drop and every afternoon at pickup. Teachers keep us up to date on our children’s progress and how they did throughout the day without me ever having to ask which is great! I have full confidence and trust that my children are being well cared for and treated as if they were their own kids. My favorite part is the new Class Dojo app where I can get a sneak peak of my children’s day. They are constantly posting pics of my kids and what they have been up to which is so nice to be able to see. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for reliable trustworthy childcare.

From the initial tour, I could tell right away it was a great environment where children could both learn and have fun. My son has been going to A&D for over two years and I have seen him thrive both intellectually and socially under their care. As a parent, I also appreciate the early communication and collaboration regarding any minor concerns to prevent any major issues. It is immensely helpful to have such knowledgeable people in your corner as a parent. Additionally, the Class Dojo app is amazing and I love seeing updates about my little man during the day. I would (and have) recommend A&D to anyone looking for an awesome daycare for their little one.

And while it wasn't my first choice, it was definitely top 3. I spoke with the director, had a tour, got all the emails. I was, however, a little hesitant due to a few of the negative reviews regarding children's behavior and their actions, but was still interested. Fast forward several weeks, life happened, difficult circumstances occurred...I reached out again to see availability. I called 3 times over 8 days, leaving detailed messages with staff, who said the director would get back to me, as they couldn't confirm availability. Never heard back. Had my partner and a friend call asking the same question...they were both responded to immediately. Nice. I also asked a mom's group on Facebook about child care options, and when A&D was mentioned, I noted my experience. It was only after that I was responded to by the director. After she realized who I was, I felt her response was very cold. I felt like I was being blackballed for having not snapped up the opportunity to send my child here at the very start. I don't care for this level of unprofessionalism. This is not how you run a childcare service. This felt petty. You run a business, not a popularity contest. If you feel slighted, you are basing your response on a personal level, not professional. No child should be placed in an environment of grudges and spite. It's shameful.

In every room around the centre, I always see so many smiles from the children, doing all sorts of activities/crafts and interacting with their peers. There is no lack of learning and growing! I have absolutely loved being apart of the team here, as the staff has been so welcoming and willing to help out whenever. The director and assistant director are truly there to help you succeed and grow as an educator. It really is an amazing environment in every single way!

My daughter is very comfortable attending daily and it was the best move I could haven chosen for her from our first daycare.
