Excellent daycare

Everything about this daycare is amazing and my daughter loves it

This is hands down the best daycare we’ve come across. We have had our son here for a year, and the staff is nothing short of exceptional. He’s excited to go every day, and we know that the staff treat him as if he was their own child. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had a very bad experience with kids & company. As my kid was in daycare for a month then covid happens in march 2020. They deducted all the fee and now not agree to refund my deposit. Instead giving me credit which will expire in august 2021. I emailed them regarding this thing but got no response from them.

Love this daycare. Our daughter has been here over a year and it has been a great experience. She looks forward to going every day to see her friends and her teachers, she talks about all the fun things she did during the day, and has learnt so much. Any time I have had concerns, they have been discussed promptly, professionally and have always had a follow up initiated by the director which has always been appreciated. While it’s on the pricey side for daycares, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality care our daughter is receiving.

I heard about Kids and Company from my boss at the time. We checked them out and I am so glad we did. We really liked the fact that we could check in on our daughter on their webcams. Which, by doing so we saw some things that gave us cause for concern. We brought them up to the director and she was FANTASTIC. She took our concerns very seriously and acted immediately on them to correct them. She also kept me informed throughout the process. We also brought a concern up to the assistant director about the angle of the camera and how we couldn't see a corner of the classroom very well. She immediately looked at it and corrected it while I was there. Now what we see is fantastic staff engaging with my daughter and the children in her classroom. I used to be worried as a first time mom leaving my daughter in the hands of strangers as I didn't know what level of care she would receive but I do not worry anymore. I know she is in GREAT hands. It shows by the enthusiasm my daughter has when she comes to this place. My daughter used to cling to me and cry when I tried to pass her off to the teacher, because it was a new experience for her, but now she almost jumps out of my arms to go to the teacher, Joy or Claudia when I drop her off! She sometimes even waves goodbye to me, which makes me very happy to see she is comfortable with the ladies there! You can tell all of the staff love the children that go there, that its not just a job to them. The staff know all the childrens names as they pass in the hall, whether they are in the same classroom or not. We are even buying a house in the same area (even though we wanted to go further south) so that we didn't have to find a new daycare. I highly recommend this daycare!!
