Sunny was great in taking the time to explain all the features in the car and had all the paperwork completed & ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. He even followed up with me to see how I liked the car and to see if I have any other questions. I should also mention that the original estimated time for the delivery of the car was 4-6 months, however, Sunny was able to secure the car for me in less than 45 days! It was a great experience, I love the car and I will definitely purchase my next Kia from Sunny!

However there were some delays caused at the back end (paperwork and stuff) rather than letting me deal with the delays he provided me with a temporary car which was great, not just that he also have me great rates that no one can match. I didn't know any contacts and went straight in after fixing an appointment. Had a long and fruitful discussion with my sales agent 'Ata Akber' who was courteas, transparent and detailed in all his answers to our questions(we had a lot). He heard our needs and limitations and was really helpful in working out a deal tat worked for both of us. I highly recommend Ata to anyone who visits Kia Brampton and the dealer itself is highly committed to customers' satisfaction!! We r really happy and contend with the sales/buying experience at Kia Brampton!! Also wanted to appreciate Younus(finance) who further sweetened up our deal to compensate a delivery delay due to a global Kia system glitch!! Again talks about how the dealership is committed to provide a satisfying buying experience to the customer!!

Instead, you will be greeted by friendly people who will not try to "push" anything on you. They are beneficial. They pay attention. They're understanding. I found a guy named HARSHUL KHANNA who was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation, recommending the best option for me, and the most notable aspect was that my car was delivered in three days as promised. Simply incredible. Are you looking for a Kia? Look for HARSHUL. Period!
