Money grab. Went to get a safety. They made me wait 45 min, then inspected the car for 3 min and gave me 3 issues to fix on the vehicle. 1. Windshield washer. They said the pump is gone. I turned it on as I was backing out of this shop and it was working. 2. Serious electrical issue. It was a light bulb I replaced in 5 min 3. Rear rotors and pads to be replaced. Which were done 2 years ago and 3000km ago by lexus dealer. Anyway the 5 minute all wrong diagnostic cost me $40 cash. Will never go back. Another mechanic did a full inspection and safety an hour later, after I picked up a light bulb in Canadian Tire and replaced the shorted one.... Ps: my vehicle is pearl white.and it Was covered in oil fingerprints all over. Not a big del but gives you an idea how much they care

Brang my my BMW 525i for a loose bumper, oil change and head lamps. The team were able to finish the job in 30 mins. Cheap and better than dealers

The owner of this garage and his staff are extremely incompetent and don't even know their customers by name. I had a very simple issue with the passenger power button, it had popped out and needed to be placed back. I opened up the power compartment and tried to attach the button back but the button wouldn't work to lock and unlock my vehicle. I spoke with the mechanic and he said he needed to do a diagnostic to check for the electrical even when I assured him with a friend of mine that it was not an electrical issue. He insisted that I pull in for him to run diagnostics when all I needed is a visual check. He also exaggerated the problem even after a quick look saying he must do diagnostics and may need to order parts which will not be available on the weekend. He also said he will charge $15 for the diagnostic that I did not want to get. After this conversation, I realized he is really not helpful and just wants to charge $15 for 1 minute and probably make up a story about what needs to be repaired. So I decided to pull out my google maps and located a repair garage closeby called Runway Auto Collision & Repair. I went there and asked for a visual check and explained it's a simple issue, and the mechanic put the button along with the power compartment back in place in less than 30 seconds. When I asked how much he wants for fix, he said it was a small fix and I don't need to pay anything. The funny thing is my friend posted a brief review because they were also disappointed by the National Auto Repair response and the owner responded to my friend about another random experience he had ripping off another customer, and has nothing to do with our recent experience with his business. I did not proceed with any diagnostics as it was a total rip off and preferred to find an honest mechanic that's not pushy for diagnostics. I've enclosed a screenshot of the owner's response of another story to my friend and my friend just sent me the screenshot confused as to what this owner is talking about. Just an FYI, my windows were working fine, it was just the unlock and lock button that popped out and needed to be placed right back. Hope that rings some bells for you Mr.Owner and you remember this experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would recommend people go to Runway Auto Collision & Repair as they are honest and friendly. Edit: Mr. Owner, my friend posted the screenshot of your response on facebook last night and I was urged to respond. I have enclosed the screenshot on my review. Hope that clarifies things for you. And yes you do charge for doing a visual which is ridiculous, and now you're stating otherwise on google reviews.

Was Recommended to National Motor’s by a friend after a dealer was telling me to leave my cars for a week. My A4 needed the wiper motor changed while my ML350 needed an alternator. Abbas was able to fix my motor on the same day instead of replacing it and got me the alternator for a fair price and replaced it the day after. Had a great experience and no hassle at all.

I m going to this shop from Last 4 years & not even just me my all friends near about 20-25 guys always going there for any type of car repair or service and their service is too good and their price is cheapest in whole GTA.Moreover those guys are expert in their work and always try to fix things not change the parts so that their customer don't loose money on new parts. So that's why I recommend to all that visit this shop for any type of car repair or service for any car make & model.
