★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is up to the mark. The quality of food is really awesome. Moreover, staff is very curtius and co-operative. Best services at nominal price. One can enjoy the taste of homemade food here. Additionally, they always serve your tiffin on time. The food is always fresh and delicious. One can enjoy the different dishes and freshly cooked food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, started for 2 weeks service - didnt use more than 4 days.
Service :
First day was on time as promised between 8am-1pm, it did come around 11am. Then 2nd day nothing till 1:45, 3rd day nothing till 2pm and then 4th day no service due to snow & finally today it got dropped at 4:20pm.
No responses to calls/watsapp msgs after sending money - so dont expect anything.
Finally got hold in a different number and a lady took and told it will come wen drivers will deliver and she cant do anything - what a service.
I asked to discontinue and return the money ( hope they will but again dont wxpect considering how their customer handling is)
Food quality :
not great, pretty cold with no taste, so suggest to skip it, not worth after waiting so much time & spending time to get food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse!! Be aware from them. Don’t wanna to give even one, one of the poor tiffin and in quality. The lady on phone will speak soo rude if you try to inform about quality and refund of money and even can’t get any refund.Zero service zero quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got tiffin service January 2022 , all types of dals are cooked well, but some sabji’s like patta gobhi, aalu-gajar, baigan bhartha was not tasty and repetition was also much , but other things like delivery, response on call was good overall it is fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even wanna give one star to these people. They are not only serving bad food but also eating up money. They don’t deliver on holidays but no one informed me first. They will ask you to pay for a month but if it’s holiday, there will be no food delivery plus they don’t refund for that day. Me and my friends did not say anything for months for holiday refunds or extensions but now food quality is getting worst each day. Food is late and it’s not eatable at all. Food was good for a first few days only. 0 customer service and tons of attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. All of my friends are saying no to these people. I have asked for my refund. Will update this review if they do or do not refund me.
