Reliance Auto Mechanic

I really recommend reliance auto mechanic for my 2018 Kia sorento. I called them due to an ebrake issue. Basically my car was unusable. Within 10 minutes of being there they had my car up on the hoist and inspected. The mechanics were clear and precise on what needed to be done. Everything was discussed before proceeding with any work and the price was fair. I'd take my cars back here whenever we have any issues. Finally an honest mechanic close by me in brampton. Thanks guys. Keep up the great service. Also I've never had a mechanic take photos of the work all the way through the job to prove what they fixed and replaced. How great is that? Such a good business idea.

Reliance Auto Mechanic is the absolute worst! They charged me $300 without even giving me an estimate. They did not have my permission to do the work! Three days later, the exact same problem happened to my vehicle. I contacted them and nothing..... No refund, no explanation, no idea on how to fix the problem, nothing..... They would not respect or honor the work they have done. They told me to go to the Dealership...… Yikes! I would never use Reliance Auto Mechanic again. They are criminals...….

One of the most transparent and honest working mechanics I've ever come across. Always discusses everything that happened in great detail and shows you multiple pictures of what they did. Very knowledgeable in the field and has always been on time whenever he gives a time estimate. Services both my Mercedes and jeep, great work everytime!

I used to Trust this guy. However lately he became so greedy and full of ego. I told him to confirm the price before putting the pad which he did not. He charged almost double to change the brake pads. I did not agree with his price and he CONFISCATED my car. I called the police and they told me to put a complain with the Consumer Services Ontario. I had no choice rather than paying what he wanted to get my car back. The little helper mechanic was also a heartless bully. Don't recommend this business.

After reading reviews, I decided to take my car in to reliance auto mechanic for safety check since i was selling. I initially spoke to Sarah who was very pleaseant and helpful with questions I had. Mohamad was the mechanic who looked at my car. He pointed out some things that needed to be fixed and even showed me on my car what was required and why. Very helpful and genuine people working here. Hard to find a good mechanic nowadays. I will definitely be returning for any of my car needs.

Found this place online through some great reviews. Was a but hesitant to visit just based on some reviews but gave it a shot. Was welcomed right away as i was able to book an appointment online a night before that too for a Sat morning. Mohammad & crew were prompt in updating of what needed to be done & what the cost (genuine) would be. I decided to get all 4 brake pads & rotors changed as recommended with high quality genuine parts. Was given timely updates, no bs like witnessed at other places. Would highly recommend them if u ever are in need of any auto repairs. Great customer service & very welcoming atmosphere....i've found my togo place for my vehicle care & maintenance, i suggest you try it too & you will feel the same.

This is my second time coming to Reliance Auto and I was received by Mohammad and his team with the utmost respect and consideration. I came in for a serpentine belt replacement on my sprinter as it was torn while driving, and he was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day. Throughout the process, he showed me exactly what was the fault on my van (the water pump housing pulley was grinding) and what he and his team were replacing to fix the cause of the problem. He had multiple team members working together on my vehicle to ensure the process was quick and precise. He received the new parts on the same day and showed them to me along with a comparison to the old parts. The work was completed on the same day, and I feel like my van is running much smoother than it was before. Their transparency and thoroughness is unparalleled and I am very satisfied with their service. Overall I highly recommend them to anyone, and I’ll definitely be returning for further maintenance.

Reliance Auto Mechanic will definitely change how you experience your vehicle repair and maintenance needs. They were able to accommodate me at relatively short notice as I had an unfamiliar issue with my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder yesterday. As a woman going into an auto mechanic shop it's usually daunting but this time I was especially nervous since this was a recent (used) vehicle I purchased and I am still trying to learn the "ins" and "outs" of it and it was my very first experience with this shop so I did not know what to expect. As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from the young lady at the front desk who was also very professional and courteous. I did my best to explain the problem I was experiencing with my vehicle and not too long after they began to look into the issue. They were able to trace the root of the problem and fix it in no time after which they took the time to also show me what the issue was and explained to me how to avoid having the trouble again for future reference. I was extremely thankful to gain that bit of knowledge and I left the shop feeling confident in my vehicle one again. This was an experience I had never had before with any other mechanic shop. Needless to say, Reliance Auto Mechanic is truly second to none. Their integrity and commitment to service with all their knowledge and technical skills builds a trusting relationship that is paramount and much needed in the auto industry. They provide excellent customer care, and what a tremendous team of genuine and friendly people. They went above and beyond and due to the professionalism and quality of my experience with them, I am going to continue to use them in the future regarding all my vehicle maintenance needs.
