I don’t usually leave reviews, but I thought this one is worth sharing. I had an excellent experience at Audi Brampton. Audi representative Robert Taal was able to assist me throughout the entire car purchase from start to finish. Answering all my questions, showing me around and offering me one of the best americanos I’ve ever tried. I never felt pressured to buy, he was very professional, honest, and genuine. For the best deal & experience, I would strongly recommend Robert Taal as your sales representative. It was a pleasure doing buisness with you Rob. Thank you!

A great first experience purchasing our first car. Wayne was so extremely helpful, coincidentally even had the same car we were looking into. Very knowledgeable about the cars and systems. Even personally washed our car when we came in for a tire exchange. Would highly recommend Wayne as your Audi Sales Rep!

The best Audi dealer! I have taken my Audi A6 here a few times and they don’t cut corners. They get to the bottom of the issue every time and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a car. Ask for Shawn! He’s amazing!

I just bought 2020 Audi S5, very gorgeous car. I was really happy with Audi Brampton's process and the way they presented the car to my husband and I. Wayne is very professional and great car Salesperson, I would recommend him as he made car buying process really smooth and efficient. He was also very nice and kind and gave my two daughters Audi Bears gift. Joanne the finance manager is also very professional and awesome to work with. They are great people to do business with. I can’t say enough amazing things about Audi Brampton! The level of customer service is always superb! I’ve owned many different brands of luxury vehicles, but I have never had such a comfortable experience as I have had at Audi Brampton. They treat you with the utmost respect and care. Most of the staff has been there for a while, so it’s like visiting family when you’re there for service. Joanne and Robert are always so quick to respond to my questions and the service department (Tiffany and Steve) are on top of anything that needs to be done. And I am more than satisfied with my Q7, the best SUV I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend Audi Brampton!

This location has a great environment . I had a great experience with the sales rep Shawn Hutchinson. He was very knowledgeable and very patient as well as very friendly . Since my experience I have sent in two referrals to deal with him , which both said they shared the same type of experience and bought. If you are looking for an Audi I would highly recommend him and this store.

I had been in touch with one of the Sales Managers, Shane, who had been telling me about a car he owned and was planning on selling with the dealership. Shane and I had been talking about the car over e-mail for over a year, discussing the service that had been done to the car, all the options the vehicle came with, and when it would be ready for me to come check out. Shane was super nice and treated me as If I was a loyal customer, even though we had never even met! The car was the right colour, the right options, and the right transmission (a rare 6 speed manual) The first time I entered the Audi Brampton building, I met Chris, the Audi Brand Specialist/Salesman who had been telling me about the vehicle through e-mail a couple of days prior. Chris was great. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions about trading in my current vehicle, making sure the car I was purchasing was going to be in tip-top shape, and even throwing a bow on it and having it sitting in the delivery room when I came in a few weeks later to pick it up. I also met Joanne, who helped with all the paperwork, and also saved a few bucks with an Audi After Care service package, so I can be worry and stress free the next couple of times I bring my car in for service. While negotiation is very hard in todays car market, I was very satisfied with the price I paid. Chris and Shane made sure that I got a good deal, which made me even happier about my purchase. Everyone I spoke to at the dealer was super nice and friendly, and made me feel at home. Thanks again, Audi Brampton Team! I will definitely be back in the future!
