met Shawn at the Autoshow in 2015/2016 at the BMW display. Afterwards we met up and I realized I wasn’t ready to move from Nissan to BMW. However in 2017 when I was ready I met up with Shawn again (of course!) and he helped me purchase my White X1. At that time my X1 wasn’t on the lot and after I sold my Nissan privately the dealership rented me a car for a few weeks while I waited. After such a great experiencing I went back four years later during the BMW event with no real intention of trading in the car I loved. However, Shawn got me such a good deal that I traded in my 2017 X1 for a 2021 X1. It is always a pleasure working with Shawn De Souza and the Policaro team. If you’re looking definitely reach out to Shawn. He’s great to work with and he does what he can to make your experience with the dealership a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best people work here! Had a last minute emergency the other day and I was out of town so I couldn’t go to my usual dealership. I stumbled upon this dealership by chance and was a bit hesitant because I believed they were operating by appointment only. To my surprise, not only did they accept my vehicle hassle free but I also had the most pleasant experience with the advisor there. I believe her name was Serena, very polite and cordial! She took my car in with little to no hassle, and kept me informed along each step of the maintenance process of my car. Had my car back before I knew it with all the repairs done and a complimentary wash! It absolutely made my day. If they train all their workers half as well as they did Serena then this is the dealership to come to!

Ruben took care of my whole experience today and made it an exceptional one at that. One of the greatest customer service representatives I have come across in a very long time. If you’re heading to Policaro ask for Ruben to help you out. OUTSTANDING!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTASTIC experience with Policaro, from start to finish. We dealt with George P and I liked him immediately. He was friendly and personable, he focused on exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell me or talk me into anything else, and was immediately responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. I was buying a used Mercedes from them, but I still felt treated with the same respect and high standard that I would expect if I was buying a new BMW. On pickup day, George took the time to setup my phone in the car, talk about the vehicle details, and even took pictures to send me as I drove away. I will absolutely deal with Policaro again for future vehicle purchases, and highly recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a 2021 330i at Policaro BMW, and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was stress free and even, can I say, enjoyable—a monumental achievement given current supply chain issues and the ramifications of the pandemic. Still, Policaro came through!
Manager Antonio Masciangelo was very attentative to what I wanted, and demonstrated quite a bit of patience in dealing with me. He spent a lot of time going over my choices and gave me the opportunity to try out several different models, until I found just the right one! I sincerely appreciate his assistance and advice. Financial wizard Livio Fiacco spent just as much time helping me work out a payment plan that worked best for me and George Armenis was nothing short of professional and considerate throughout the whole process, always touching base and keeping me informed.
I believe this dealership is lucky to have such individuals working here. These guys really work hard as a team to make the client feel like their needs are being met and go the extra mile. What else can anyone ask for from a business these days? Great work guys!
