S	Steve Van D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely complete fail here. I just thought I’d give kfc a second chance. I literally sat in there lobby for ten minutes. And no one even acknowledged me. Didn’t even get to order there were 4 other people waiting for there meals. I don’t even want to give you one star. Mary browns is around the corner. I’d suggest you go there.

Yesterday I ordered a 10 piece and fries that I had received a coupon for that was only valid for this location which I am assuming was to generate foot traffic for a new location. A few of the pieces were very good but the majority were dried up. There was a big snowstorm so I'm assuming they overproduced and held the pieces in the warmer for too long. Today I brought back the 5 pieces and wanted to have them exchanged. The cashier went to grab the supervisor to explain. The supervisor then said: Her: You're supposed to call ahead if there's an issue. Me: OK, I'm not sure how I would know that. Her: We only have enough chicken for the orders we have. Me: That's fine, I'll wait. Her: It will be 25 minutes. Me: No problem. Her: I think you should come back tomorrow when the manager is here. Me: You're telling me that you want me to come back tomorrow over 5 pieces of chicken??? Never mind, keep them. At that point I was done with this. I was not looking for money. I was not looking for anything extra. Only to replace the 5 pieces of burnt bird meat they were trying to pass off to me rather than toss them in the garbage. For the record I've been to this location before and the manager/owner is great. Very disappointed.
G	Gavin Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good chicken at this location. Never had KFC that juicy inside and crispy outside! My only complaint was that the order took quite a bit longer than I expected. I preordered via the app in advance and still had to wait about 15 min inside the store when it wasn't that busy.
H	HL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their food there, really delicious. However, the app couldn't search their store since a few days ago, I have called them to let them know, but they haven't fixed the issue. Will change to five stars once they turn the online pick up feature back on.

We've ordered from here 3 or 4 times since they've opened and we've given them the benefit of the doubt that it may be a one off situation, but it didn't matter what we've ordered, the food has been consistently terrible at best, and disgusting at worst. On different occasions, we've had popcorn chicken, original fried chicken, chicken bowls, and sandwiches and they were all way under seasoned, not fresh, stale, and the sandwiches were disgustingly soggy. To give you a perspective on how bad this location is, I would rather eat 5 days old KFC from another location than "fresh" KFC from this location.
R	Renish Mathew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3pcs chciken and extra 2 pcs and this is what i got from this place. Please do not go to place. This is $20 worth of food. A complete rip off. Paid $7 just for the extra 2 pcs. I have never had such an experience with kfc
