★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went through the drive-thru early this evening and ordered two Tuesday specials (4 pieces) with a poutine and supreme fries. They only gave me one special (2 pieces)... The 2 pieces were also kind of small. From the reviews, it seems many others are experiencing issues at this location. The poutine was decent though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! The skin was hard, it broke off to reveal brownish colour chicken underneath. The chicken seemed stale as if it was sitting under a heat lamp for days. I don’t understand how this can be when it was toonie Tuesday and it was busy, I would imagine there should be a lot of fresh chicken. Also the chicken had no flavour, no salt, pepper, it was bland and oily, I know chicken is supposed to be oily but I feel like the chicken is fried in a different oil here than other KFC’s. I could make better fried chicken at home and I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased May6th 2022. Three pieces no wing. I asked for spicy. This was gross. This doesn’t even look like Kentucky Fried chicken. It has so much flour on it and no taste. The french fries have no taste whatsoever and there were nine packets of Heinz ketchup in the box. I don’t believe I will ever go back to KFC again if this is how they’re making their chicken. So disgusting. I can’t help but wonder when was the last time they sent out a quality control expert to 156 the Queensway M8Y 1J2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I ordered twister combo (spicy) with fires and got the regular wrap. It tasted disgusting and the fries were limp and cold. I will NEVER go back!!! The restaurant is renovated but the service is very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was excited to check out the newly renovated Restaurant... From a distance, the outside looks great, but when I went to enter the Restaurant, it looked like they kept the same old damaged / worn out doors, like no attempt to fix them up and make them look better at all.
I was happy to see the washrooms open, the last time was during COVID and they had a HUGE drink cooler blocking the access to the washrooms. I used the washroom to the left, the water temperature was set WAY TOO HOT, and the blow dryer for your hands was not working, so the only option was toilet paper.
There was one employee taking orders, there was one lady placing her order, it seemed as if there was some sort of communication issue going on, literally all the toppings of each of the 100 different options was being explained to this lady... After about 5 minutes of myself and the fellow in front of me waiting, we just left.
There appeared to be MANY employees working, but unfortunately on one person taking orders... I also noticed that the menu text was pretty small (and my vision is pretty decent), there also seemed to be way too many different options, very complicated, the menu honestly needs to be simplified.
Maybe eventually I'll return and actually try to place an order. The interior of the Restaurant looked decent, it definitely was better than the half broken 80's furniture from before.
Definitely some room for improvement at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, but they really need to up their speed in serving customers fast. At least have more employees working during busy peak hours. Line up goes all the way to the front of the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was so dirty it was disgusting. For a newly renovated restaurant it already looks very weathered. The staff stood around talking, the food looked like it was basically thrown together. One staff did come clean but why should I let them know their own dining area was dirty? Not sure who the manager is of this location but they don’t seem to care of their cleanliness of their franchise. The table was inexcusably dirty! What else do they keep dirty and not looked after?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place ordered chicken bucket with sides, chicken fajitas. Yes the service a bit slow, need coordination, food taste good. Order screen number board not accurate. I like the table, charging pods attached, tried it it works.
