★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the most over cooked mess. Out if this location. The only one nearby!! Clearly cooked hours before a rush hour that never happened.
Entire bucket is dirt, fries revolting. How does that happen at 5:30-6!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i order the spicy wings now but the last time i ordered a breast and thigh from here it was tasteless, did not even have the usual aroma that KFC is known for. also it seems understaffed as the workers are run off their feet and the drive thru is backed up to the point where you just want to forget it and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC. Is the worst…the wait times in the drive through can be up to 25 minutes…once you get to the window. My order was wrong…hot chicken in the same bag as the salads…does the staff know about food safety?? The chicken literally had no crispy coating and was soggy…..the colonel Sanders would certainly roll over in his grave. Mary Browns chicken is coming to Langford very soon…we can’t wait…..by the way…Does HEAD OFFICE READ ANY OF THESE COMMENTS….you guys should send some to investigate. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION…..one star is way to high for the poor food and service you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this location used to be great. But wow has it gone downhill. They never have the restaurant open. The drive through is regularly closed when their google business says they are open. They almost never even have enough chicken to fill my order. I must say it’s the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen which is actually quite the achievement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The closures and irregular hours have really hurt this place. People don't expect fast food restaurants to close early on a Friday night. Now the web hours have been updated, but I can't count the number of times I drove there at 7 on a Friday to find it closed before that. Most of the time the food has been decent though the last chicken poutine had VERY little cheese gravy or chicken. And few orders have been wrong, but generally when I can get food, the staff have been polite.
It was great when it first opened but their staffing issues need to be sorted out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rating of -1 would be too good for this KFC. Ordered the double bucket with large fries and gravy. When back to residence there was no gravy. I asked the clerk when given the bag if the gravy was in the bag and she said YES. Had to heat the fries in the microwave and eat cold original and popcorn chicken, tenders were slightly warm. Went and spoke to the manager (Eklins) who said was prepared to give me a large fries and gravy as a remedy. Told him did not need a fries and gravy now, since already eaten. Suggested better remedy was to provide a coupon for a 8 piece bucket and large fries for another time, but he stated KFC does not have such coupons. Mention I would write a review to warn others and he did not seem to care just wished me a good day. VERY VERY poor service and food. Rate this location a 0 ( had to give a 1 so could post review)
