★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this location on different occasions within the past year. I’ve had a whole meal forgotten, the wrong order given to me, missing items like cheese etc, cold food, had to come back to or go inside for missed items in my order. But today probably solidified that I’ll never return to this location as some young kids running the drive through kept mocking me after trying to order my meal on the outside microphone and giggling afterwards like they were hilarious. Found it beyond unprofessional and immature. I hope these employees are dealt with accordingly as it was highly disrespectful. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disgusted right now. They gave me a mouldy sandwich, I don’t understand how could someone miss that. And when I talked to the manager, he didn’t even apologize for it. Never coming back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the food service has gone down to very poor. Ordered popcorn bowl for my husband who promptly got sick that evening and discovered pink chicken in the bowl when we investigated.
Chicken was covered in mash potatoes and gravy so who would think that the chicken would be undercooked.
The time before that I asked for chicken legs and corrected the guy no less than 5 times in the line and at the window. I got wings and breast. I requested legs and when I went back to get it corrected he had the audacity to tell me I was wrong. if that head set and system was recorded you will hear me correct him many times over. I did not appreciate being yelled at and told I was delusional. I took a chance this last time on the location and my husband paid for it. Not going back EVER Again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive thru today and right way the person at the window was rude, ordered wings and told me to park and wait for 7min, been sitting for 20min and they gave me a cold wings. DISAPPOINTING KFC BRANCH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They hold on to the pieces until they sell them. We had the 8 piece bucket and the crunch wrap.
The chicken pieces came oily, cold, and tasted nothing like KFC.
The wrap was ok. Not my favorite though.
The highlight of the meal were the sides: gravy, freshly fried french fries, and the Taco Bell hot sauce.
Overall, the pieces should be freshly fried so that they don't give out dull and soggy chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You may be asking yourself, "what is this heinous glob of snot and why are you posting it in a KFC Google review?!" To which I'd inform you that it was the Kentucky Flatbread I got today. Avoid this kfc, it's been rough for a bit but this was next level nasty. How do you give this to someone?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked if there is any special deal and the guy taking the order said no offers today.he charged me $12 for 4pc chicken with 1side and 1small fries. Then I found out that he could have given me the offer in the attached picture (4pc chicken + popcorn chicken+ fries for $10). I don't understand why did he do that ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is horrible and staff are unfriendly. I ordered a three piece meal, the fries were not fresh and the chicken pieces were smaller than they normally are. I do not recommend KFC I would suggest going to their competitors. Please see picture of chicken size compared with my fries package
