Capilano Animal Clinic - Edmonton

I'm the proud owner of a domestic longhaired tortoiseshell girl named Kreature. Recently, I knew it was time to schedule her for a check-up, but was saddened to hear that her regular veterinarian, Dr. Rosetti, had passed away a few years ago. Capilano Animal Clinic came highly recommended by neighbours, so I went to their website and submitted an e-mail inquiry. They responded to my inquiry the next business day, and were able to schedule us in for an appointment which fit my 9-to-5 5-days-a-week schedule. The clinic is located conveniently on 50th Street across the road from Walmart, and has dedicated 2-hour parking at the front. We arrived a bit earlier than needed, and I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist told me they could fit me in earlier. The front reception area was clean and quiet, and features a rescue feline named Maggie, who I'm told is not a big fan of furry friends. We were ushered into an exam room right away, and waited less than a minute to meet with Dr. Sung. She was very calm, friendly and informative, and was gentle with my girl, who isn't great with strangers. Dr. Sung and the veterinary technician (I'm sorry, I completely forgot your name!) handled her with care and compassion. Dr. Sung was able to make recommendations for anti-anxiety medication, which is something I didn't even know existed for cats, and was able to give my girl vaccinations with zero incident. An added bonus was the more than reasonable price I was quoted, which didn't change once I arrived at the appointment. I'm very, very glad that we met Dr. Sung, and will be more diligent about making sure my girl gets the care she needs.

I have been bringing our puppy here and I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff are very professional and kind. The office is clean and organized. The veterinarian was thorough and answered all of my questions. I really trust this clinic with my puppy’s health.

I have nothing but good experiences with this clinic. They are compassionate and do truly care for my cat.

Unfortunately, both the fantastic vets that worked here have left the practice. As these wonderful doctors were the only reason we kept going to this clinic, I will now be looking for someplace new for my dogs.

Dr. Leversedge has been our veterinarian for 13 + years. We are very sad to see her and Dr. Sung leave, but hope they are happy and healthy wherever they go from here. Thank you both so much. I would also like to thank all the support staff as well for all the wonderful care given to us.

After calling about 8 other places in my area, this was the only clinic that was able to get me in on short notice. The staff is lovely. The veterinarian was amazing and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

My dog Ralph had to get his rabies shot and vaccine shot promptly because I had fallen behind in getting them done. The clinic was great in the fact that they got him an appointment that week to get his shots completed.It made me so relieved. I was able to get him groomed 5 days later. Capilano clinic is so efficient. ??

We've always brought our dog and cat here since the day we adopted them, and we've always been delighted with the prior vets' care. Today was our first meeting with the clinic's new proprietors, and I'm happy to report that the service has not deteriorated. Our veterinarian is experienced, smart, and caring, and the reception staff is incredibly sweet, helpful and polite. We were able to get our pup diagnosed, and we will continue to bring our pets here!
