★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited several times during a job there. The staff acts like they are too busy to deal with customers and doing a favor by selling food. Get This; they wont give a walk in a can of pop because they are reserved for the deliveries
So sitting at home you can get one but standing there in front of them you cannot-says it all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service - A manager named Ashley misread our delivery, and we WAITED for 2 hrs. It should have been a free meal; instead, she offered us a free meal next time. Crazy operations are going on in that retail space. Unprofessional and do not know how to handle simple customer service. Im not sure why she's even A manager there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse kfc for service ever!!!!!!!!! No staff the lady taking the drive through orders was very untrained and could tell she did not want to be there. Forgot half my order but could not go back and keep my calm. Was not busy at all but I think the lady was working the front and drive through and preparing the orders. Will not go back ever. The management should be embarrassed by the way its being run. Will be calling head office regarding the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive through in Bradford and was lucky to have Ashley take my order. Clear, concise and straight to the point. Food was ready quickly and was fresh which usually is not the case with fast food joints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped to get chicken to have with my Mom and first wouldn't give me a small salad instead of a drink but the worst and I'm a lifelong KFC lover! It was hard and dry. You could barely bite into it! You really my to do better!

No smiles, neither the staff nor the customers. You can smell the misery, amidst the heavy greasy air that rivals McD's. She'd asked what sauce I wanted, either some BBQ thing or a honey mustard thing. I said BBQ. Ended up with neither. Ordered a bucket. Dry, stringy, tasteless meat, sparse batter peeled off with the slimy skin. So we tossed the last 2 pieces. Fries are a mealy, congealed, soggy block. Gravy was nothing like what I remember in my childhood. This time, it was cold, and chemical-y.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregnancy craving, not fulfilled. Very disappointed and my husband even asked for extra crispy and the popcorn chicken was so pale. The original chicken had barely any breading on it. Soggy fries. I remember this being so much better before. 3 small pieces and 1 normal size in the meal for 2 deal. Should of been more even.
