★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst car wash in Bradford, after doing wash soap are still in my car ,sometime open and sometime closed in working time and on the working time they knows to close on time .Paying 146$ for 30 wash and no responsibility for our money.Closing at 11p.m ,most of the people working in long term cares finishes work by 11p.m they can close it by 12a.m for better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When going through for a touchless car wash, the underbody spray only works on the left side. For me the most important part of washing your car over the winter is getting all the salt off the underbody. This location's sprayer needs repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wash broken for three days now. Unacceptable when a 30 day pass costs $100. Staff do not care and unwilling to provide a wash ticket as compensation.
2020 update: wash pass price has increased by 30% and the condition of the wash continues to deteriorate - broken metal pieces and sprayers that don't work are present and do not seem to be a priority for the station to repair. Worst car wash in Bradford.

I went with the ultimate car wash and when I came out my wheels were just as bad as when I went in.
When asked about the person says that's how it is and he can do nothing. He was suggesting everyone to go with the ultimate wash so that the underbody and wheels are covered but it's nothing more than a basic wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've spent over 1 hour stuck in the line at the carwash one weekend! I ended up parking in the line and walking over to Sobeys for some lunch - it was crazy! Other than that, this is one of my favorite gas bars - super spacious. Convenient location and usually decent prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the car wash. If you have an emergency while the car wash is operational, do not bother to honk. There is no emergency protocol in place. No one will hear you honking, no one is watching. You are on your own.
The staff was wearing a tiny Shell branded face mask, that barely covered his chin. Maybe provide your staff with proper protection gear and training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a $50 gift card from the shell bradford Location last month. When the friend I gave it to tried to use it he was told it’s not active. I went back to the store with the receipt and they refused to activate it because the manager/owner was reading the date incorrectly. He read 2021/10/05 as May 10th and claimed he didn’t own this location at this time therefore he cannot honour it.
The actual date is October 5 not May 10. I even verified that to him when I showed him my credit card statement with the last four digits matching those on the receipt of purchase. The transaction date was October 5 not May 10. I didn’t even have that credit card account before August.
He also printed a receipt from today and it showed the month comes first, 2021/11/09 meant November 9th(today’s date) not September 11. That still didn’t convince him.
His other excuse was that he checked his surveillance and didn’t see me on that date and time. Not sure how I could not have been there when my credit card says I was there showing a transaction for the exact same amount at that location on that date!
The receipt has a transaction and terminal numbers I’m sure he could’ve verified that on the system.
I had my small children there and was there for over half an hour before I finally got someone from support service on the phone who said they will activate my card. What a customer service! I’m done with Shell. This was too stressful!
