★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a well laid out place, with everything from hockey rinks, gym, pool with slide and a snack bar. Friendly staff at the info counter. Lots of parking leads you into a bright airy lobby with great signage to help you get you around. By far one of the best community/recreation centres in Ontario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With my son's playing rep hockey, we visit here quite a lot. The staff is friendly and always has a smile and most recently when I arrived someone had dropped something is the parking lot and when I asked for a broom to help clean up the glass, the staff immediately went to help themselves instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than $5 to drop in for basketball after school, in a climate controlled, well-equipped gymnasium? Here in Bradford where it's snowing and freezing out even in March? Yes, let's do that. Every day, yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our time swimming was enjoyable other than the fact that a lifeguard made unnecessary, offensive, and rather unkind comments towards me, my friends, and the child under my guardianship. We felt extremely uncomfortable around the lifeguard as we were harshly reprimanded by him. Sadly, we observed others at the facility experiencing this as well. This is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and nice, clean facility but sadly had to cancel. Too many people/ loud in gymnasium below the running track and cardio area. Couldn’t crank my podcasts loud enough to dull the constant noise below. Wish they could somehow partition off with plexiglass or something like that. Still, appreciate how nice the ladies at the desk are thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely time with my friends, and enjoyed the activities immensely. The locker rooms/change rooms could have been cleaner as there were old hair ties, hair balls, wristbands and other disgusting items on the floor. Additionally, the staff was rude and yelled at me, and several others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff members in the swimming pool area needs better training at being more courteous. Be aware, a few of the staff in the pool area will actually yell at you. Just a shame, because the rest of the overall staff are super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the center for a party that took place in the rec room. The building is well maintained and clean. It looks very new and clean. They have wheelchair access if needed and elevators are relatively quick. There are a couple ice hockey rinks, a basketball court, a swimming pool with a huge slide, fitness room, a track on the top floor. Excellent community center.
