★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate this Pizza Hut, their food has improved so much, I have no idea why or how, but whatever they did in 2020 worked for them. Before we’d get stomach aches after eating pizza from this location, but now their pizza’s are delicious, even when delivered to our house the pizza is still fresh, hot, not soggy at all! Best of all, the flavours standout so well in their food. You guys brought life back into pizza’s for me. We’ve ordered multiple times this year so i had to shoutout Pizza Hut Bradford for improving to this degree ?????? ! Also, so HAPPY with the customer service too. They’re so kind and patient over the phone. My belly’s happy and I’m happy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered dinner around 7pm, the pizza finally arrived around 8:45pm. By then The kids were half asleep, didn’t eat much! When I called the store to find out the status of the delivery, the rep was so rude and said that the delivery is on it’s way n should be there in another 20mins. When I said that if it doesn’t arrive 8:45pm, then I’ll cancel. He didn’t care, he said that’s your choice and dropped the call. When the pizza finally arrived, it was so cold and soggy. The pan pizza was half cooked the cheese was still unmelted. Even the driver didn’t care, he said that he’s leaving this place and it’s under staffed. Worst service ever! Worst food ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular at this location and the pizza is good about 50% of the time the rest of the time there is very little cheese and/or toppings and is sometimes under cooked and not crispy. This shows 2 exact same orders of $10 pepperoni on Tuesday, on different weeks. One looks great and tasted great the other didnt. I take my chances when I order from here. I hope they can improve!
