★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a boost. They were there in 8 minutes. The driver was polite and went about his work without wasting time. Got me going and after waited for me to head out before leaving. This was after 4 temps of other companies and he came from another call. Customer service was excellent. It is the polite and pro service he gave which I was impressed with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yestersay while filling up my gas tank at a busy gas station. I had an employee from KEVINS TOWING AND RECOVERY, call me an a******* , because he claimed I took too long filling up my tank. He then continued to verbally harras me ,spewing verbal insults all because he had to wait . I was horrified and scared . I would absolutely not recommend using this company,especially if you ar a female. This employee is an embarrassment to the company and lacks professionalism . Unfortunately I was not able to retrieve his license number , as I was scared to hang around and deal with his verbal harrassment.
