★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't understand why the driver of truck 107 does not realize he is parking his flat bed illegally and multiple times almost getting in to accidents into on coming and out going traffic from parking lot and seeing pedestrians almost being hit so my question is what does it have to take to get the driver to park elsewhere maybe a fine or if an accident does happen then the company can pay the bills for both parties

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabil was the drivers name. This guy was so polite, so nice and cared about damage to our car. He went out of his way to get down on the ground and had to do a lot of different things to get our car on the tow truck as the transmission was stuck and the car was low due to a Mercedes air ride issue. Haven’t experienced customer service and someone going out of there way like this in a long time. Congrats towtal for having such a great driver on board your team, it really makes you guys look like a great company. FYI this was a CAA call.
