★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work for Profile Custom Homes as a site supervisor and I can tell you they were amazing to work for and very accommodating. Very positive atmosphere. They always put quality ahead of everything. if it’s not right they make it right. Never problems always Solutions.
If your looking for someone to build your dream house or Renovate it , these are the guys you want to get it done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company strings along and then slaps you with a 60-page contract of the most complicated legal language. He himself doesn't even understand his own contract and has no idea of its contents, because it was a free contract he downloaded online. Everyone we showed the contract to said it was crazy and it was for a large and perhaps commercial project, not for a home renovation. Also not until you are about to sign, does he say anything about a $50,000 deposit (not mentioned in the contract, and actually a holdback because he wanted to hold on to it until the end of the project) and his demand for commercial insurance covering him! which most home insurance companies will not issue (and which his contract's 3 page-insurance section says is his responsibility but again he has no clue what's in his own contract). "Buidler's risk insurance" is a commercial policy and not one resiential home insurance company writes such a policy - they instead may issue "course of construction" which would not cover the builder and only the homeowner - which is what we got. Finally after his demands for deposit and insurance, per his own earlier suggestion, we hired a lawyer at $2500 just to review his contract. The lawyer had many comments and we didn't think Mike would agree with them. We even told him he didn't have to agree with the lawyer's comments. But he didn't have the courtesy of even reading our emails anymore, and instead of working out a solution, very unprofessionally ceased communication with us. In the mean time, our project was delayed as many other contractors were booked while dealing with him on these issues. Somehow, this guy missed the word "contract" in contractor - has little idea how to properly do, read, revise and execute one. Extremely selfish, callous and unprofessional.
