J	John Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family was involved in a traffic accident on the 401 on Dec. 10/18. It was a three car collision with the vehicle hitting us probably a writeoff. Extensive damage was done to our vehicle and needed to be towed. Within minutes R&H towing was on the scene. The operator, MATT, was unbelievable. Immediately he ensured all individuals of each vehicle were safe and healthy...once he had established that he went about his work with great professionalism, courtesy and caring. He worked seamlessly with the OPP officer and the other tow truck operator (from a different company) to make sure we were all transported safely and warmly (very cold night). Matt showed great empathy and genuine caring in a very trying situation for those involved in the accident. He arranged at our request for a rental (which was delivered to us!) vehicle-brand new 2018. He assisted us to remove all our personal belongings from the towed vehicle to the rental. He enlighted us all along the way as to what would happen with all the necessary paperwork, police-accident report, insurance reports, towing procedures and vehicle rental. In summary MATT was outstanding and surely changed our impressions of the towing industry in general. If I was his employer he would be getting a raise. Thank you MATT it was a real pleasure to meet you (even under such trying conditions) you're a great example for everyone!!

He was very respectful, clearly takes pride in his career and made me feel much better about a bad situation. He explained the whole process to me from start to finish and made sure that all the other businesses that worked with me were respectful to me as well. It was so nice to meet such a lovely person!

However, he checked and boosted my battery and did not charge me for towing. I was reasonably charged for the battery service. In a bad snowy weather it was extra ordinary service. Thanks Rami.

I I seen I got a flat after leaving the restaurant I was dining at, called these guys they answered right away and even came to me in about 10 mins. Brendan was helping me and was very kind managed to diagnose what happened quickly and fixed my tire. Highly recommend for amazing service !

Combination of drivers assisted me but ultimately their driver Slim was able to take me and my car 2 hours north east on a beautiful flatbed, drop my car off, and then get me home safely. Trucks were very well maintained, drivers were safe, timely, and had excellent customer service. Did not have to pay anything until the job was complete, and they were able to give me an accurate quote before picking me up. Thank you for your help!
