Joining The Kettlebell club has really improved my core strength. I was in fairly good physical shape but experienced back pain often. I really like the individualized attention I receive at the Kettlebell Club and have learned many great exercises to help me target weaker areas and gain muscle strength all over. Members celebrate each other's achievements here and inspire you to stay on track. Glad I joined!

I am three classes deep so far and this is everything that I was hoping for. I have become a little obsessed with kettlebells over the pandemic and was looking for some sort of coaching to correct my technique so that I could continue to train safely. Luka and his team have been nothing but welcoming and inclusive, offering different levels of training and taking care of beginners like myself to teach us the basics. The coaching actually feels personalized despite the virtual environment and the community they have going at the kettlebell club is very real and refreshing.

I attended the StrongFirst Kettlebell 101 Workshop on July 31, 2021 and loved it! The workshop was given by Louka Kurcer, who is the Kettlebell Club Head Coach and owner. Louka is extremely knowledgeable and a very good instructor. The StrongFirst Kettlebell 101 Workshop focused on strength and flexibility by demonstrating and teaching me several basic kettlebell excercises including the goblet squat, the swing, and the get-up while focusing on proper technique and on safety. I knew I was out of shape, but I didn't realize how truly out of shape I was until I attended this workshop. So what I appreciate about the workshop is that I can do these exercises at home with minimal equipment; all I need is a few kettlebells. Also, when I feel comfortable enough that I have mastered the beginner 101 exercises, I could possibly take the more advanced workshops. I would highly recommend The Kettlebell Club fitness studio.

I love kettebell great workout and it has helped me a lot. If you are thinking of joining don't delay. I was introduced to the club by a member and it was the best move I made to gain strength. Join you wont be sorry you did I was wasn't you will also be helping a local business thank you Loukas for your great strength training for me

I learned about the Kettlebell Club through Facebook and was sold on the idea of a 6 week transformation plan for women aged 50+. While I imagined a quick fix, I have remained with the club for over five months, and have ultimately discovered a program that keeps me wanting to come back for more. The workouts are complete and efficient - maximum results no doubt! Louka, Mat, Pedro, and Sue are inspiring instructors and they clearly live and breathe what they teach. They have created a welcoming environment, complete with sweet social events, and are always ready with helpful instruction - and plenty of extra push to keep everyone achieving their best possible! An amazing club to be part of.

I started this Kettlebell program 3 weeks ago and I literally already feel a difference in my body and my energy. Over the years I have tried many classes and gyms but quickly lost motivation because I was on my own with no support always unsure of what and how I should be doing things to get results. It’s different here … we are being coached on each excercise and learn every detail about doing it correctly ( when to breath, what muscles to contract and when ) to actually get results we are looking for. Regardless of your level there is always a coach to guide you. Louka Kercer, the founder and owner of this club is so passionate and exceptional as a coach … and human being. The people … everyone supports each other and I always look forward to going to class .. for the people and the workout. It’s the first time in my life that I’m excited to go to the gym and train. Most of all I am amazed how quickly we progress. I wish I would have discovered this years ago.

I am a 55 year old female who had not exercised for many years. I started training at Kettlebell club approx. 8 weeks ago. My experience has been extremely positive. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. Even though it is a group/class setting, you are observed personally by the coaches and they give you the one on one time you need to train safely and progressively. I become stronger, leaner, more flexible, more energetic, and less stressed every week. Any given class includes people at different levels in their training but the atmosphere is extremely collaborative and supportive. I highly recommend the Kettlebell Club. I encourage you to try or at least reach out to speak to Louka to learn more.

I love the Kettlebell Club! The classes are small and the coaches give individual attention as needed, making sure each student understands how to do the exercises correctly. I am 61 years old and started last spring after a fall on ice left me with a painful wrist and shoulder. 6 months later I feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident in my abilities. The club atmosphere is welcoming and supportive as well. I look forward to and enjoy every workout.
