Unprofessional company and HR. If there is a zero star, without a doubt I will give it. Don’t Trust Them.

Be honest. The company doesn’t have its own products, it’s a subcontractor for OEM. Simple labour jobs, they only want your cheap labour and speed to profit, nothing high tech or tech. At the beginning, they treat you nice. Then they ask you to work faster and faster (continuous efficiency improvement). People come and go. Fewer and fewer employees in the shrinking company, but new innocent immigrant faces.They will see. What a world! lol

Great place to work with many cool benefits like half-day-Friday summer hours, free weekly snacks, summer BBQ, Wine & Cheese and other events. The people and management are also very nice even when professional.

What a clown show! I can only describe the management as purposely difficult to deal with and devoid of any personality. Vendors should get paid upfront or be prepared for a lengthily and unneeded battle to get paid for their products.

Absolutely horrible place to work. When the upper management is under stress/when business is slow, they put the stress on the poor workers on the floor. Not only that, they look down on the employees on the floor as if they're below them and don't have the same level of respect that the workers are supposed to give them. Increasing targets upto an impossible amount, overworking the employees just for them to finally reach the target, and then give them an even higher target a day later to achieve. If you want to be overworked, underpaid and have the stress roll over into your personal life, join Promark! :)... Unprofessional, rude, abusive, demeaning. Unbelievable.

Here is how they destroy its employees and how they take an advantage of them even at edge of bankruptcy. They increase targets higher and higher, they call it continuous improvement until nobody can reach. They give warnings if the increased unrealistic targets are not met, the targets are normally orally, different people have different criteria. When business going down, the increased targets are temporarily taped on the table of the some chosen people, shouted and yelled loudly, threatened …... If the increased target is questioned, they say they don't compare, they evaluate person by person. Ask the person to pick up personal things to leave. When one person left, another person was put there. Long time before the pandemic, grandmothers, grandfathers, mothers and fathers were willingly to sign a paper to leave the company. People are seen crying with tears in blue uniform they have worn many years, being shouted and yelled, praying, talking about Karma, cynically, crying……Is this Canada? Is this for human being? are questioned by people looking around and passing by, watching the target on the table and the chosen people behind it ...... People are frequently asked to going to the office to receive warnings, because of talking in the work, being late, making a mistake years before, vacation schedule have to change at the end of June 2019 etc......... People are called not to return to work because of unapproved absence, the paper is lost. We have a contract with the union, three warnings you have to go, it is the LAW. Shouting and yelling, like a fierce mad female ……the people quit... the face show a smile of triumph...... People go to the washroom to pee normally several minutes a day, they call it unauthorized absence of work station. Warnings are given to to deduct the time. It could change when needed. Being shouted and yelled, being persuaded, we have a contract with the union, three warnings, you have to go, it is the LAW. When business is good, they don't give warning, they say they are more tolerate when business is good. Several people’s pay are suddenly missing hours, are asked to prove they are at work everyday, grandmothers and grandfathers are asked to copy the pay slip to see , being treated like wrong doing students, actually they did not miss any day and did nothing wrong, helpless and nervous. Ridiculous. In this place, anything could happen. Don’t get shocked.
