I can only recommend that gym. The facilities are top notch and the prices very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been two years since my son joined Sambo Montreal. As a mother of a teenage boy, I have to say it is one of the best things that have happened to him! The coaches are not just mere professionals in their trade, they are Teachers. They teach their students good values, self and mutual respect, the spirit of camaraderie and ability to deal with different life situations. My son has grown physically, got stronger, but he has also absorbed all the moral lessons taught to him. Big bonus is that it is a remedy from the “decease” that affects many young people nowadays: the more time he spends at his sambo practice – the less time he has to be in front of a screen of his phone and computer. I would strongly recommend Sambo Montreal to all the parents!
