Last Saturday I called to schedule an appointment for my mother, her first time there, I asked for a price for highlights and haircut and they quote me at 100$, since she’s got super short hair. Well, they did a good job on the hair but charged her a lot more, and when I spoke to the manager she gave us excuses: oh sometimes it’s not the receptionist who answers, maybe she misheard…So I told her I have been coming there for a long time for trim, colour or highlight and blow dry, I have long and curly hair and I have always paid the same, so then she said my stylish has been under charging me and she’ll speak to her as well. And of course, when I brought up consumer protection she said it was my word against hers. Obviously, they don’t care about customer service.
s	s p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place I asked for a specific colour wasn't at all what i asked for then when I called back they were annoyed and had the audacity to tell me to come back and get a toner for the colour and pay more money. They refused to admit that they didn't do the proper colour I should get a reimbursement. Don't ever go here not worth your money at all. Paid almost 100$ they are crooks. If I can give them no stars I would very rude worker I went back today ans she (Tatiana ) was a very rude person she doesn't not know anything about good cuteomer service she does not know how to do her job DO NOT HO HERE it is a very bad hair salon and they don't care about customers customers just want MONEY MONEY MONEY I am owed a reimbursement for their botch job and I will make sure to get it back for their horrible job.
