★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are high compared to the quality of offered products. Wanted to buy an organic sheets set for my friends on the Christmas Eve Day. They didn't offer even 5% discount while all entire stores in Montreal have 50-70% for everything. Tried to ask a lady about the price and received very rude answer. Had to go to Winners and was able to buy the same set with 50%off. Never going again to this store even though it's located close to where I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: the store manager and I found a solution to this problem. They were extremely helpful and understanding. The manager did not hesitate at all!
Purchased a bed frame from here in December 2019, few days later bed frame breaks. I call they came to fix it then it breaks again. It is "fixed" again.
The bed frame did not last more than a month. By March, the bed was completely broken.
