★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamara at Innergetic Wellness has been a blessing for my family!
Since working with her, my neck pain has disappeared, my lower back pain have significantly decreased (most days, I remain pain-free).
My anxiety has remarkably dropped and I am now able to manage my symptoms.
My digestion has also improved tremendously, which also help clear out my skin.
My ovulation and PMS pains are nowhere to be found this month!
With all these health improvements, I am happier, more patient with my children and I find joys in the little things (versus being edgy and stressed out everyday)
I highly recommend her services for anyone who wants an overall improved health.

Tamara's genuine approach and care towards my health journey has been the boost of confidence I've been seeking. What began as an osteopath consultation to uncover the root cause of my back and leg pains, quickly transformed into a discovery of all dimensions of my health that I was not expecting.
Tamara is educating me on how my mind and body are connected, and the ways in which the two have been impacting each other. This has become more clear throughout our sessions, as she has demonstrated the ability to help me heal my physical pains through the use of both hands-on and NON-PHYSICAL approaches - YES this is also possible as I've come to see for myself.
I'm so happy I found someone who really cares about helping others in the way that Tamara does. Don't just take my word for it - go check her out for yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OVER 65! When I was referred to Tamara i had no idea how much my physical and emotional state would change over the time I was with her. Tamara was presented with my core of pulled tight back ligaments and sciatic nerve damage just to mention a couple of chronic conditions I was suffering with.
I was overwhelmed with the amount of physical and educational knowledge Tamara had and how well prepared she was for each of my visits. Yes, with each of the earlier sessions I really did hurt but as the time passed I could feel myself improving.
Tamara has a special welcoming personality which makes it very welcoming. as I found out, to talk to. So here is where I found out why this center is called, "Innergetic Bien-être l Wellness' ...
You are in great hands with Tamara, so don't hold back!! TAMARA WILL. HELP YOUR OSTEOPATHIC ISSUES!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Tamara for osteo treatments after a severe migraine episode that landed me in hospital. That first appointment with her started the path toward healing. To my surprise, the intense lingering pain in my neck and back was reduced during that very first visit. Wishing Tamara and her team all the best in their new location. Thank you!
