★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s pricey but they have a pretty nice selection of health foods...I would just recommend to check the expiration dates as i’ve often encountered close to expiry products for sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars if it would let me!! This store used to be a very good store but now it is simply embarrassing and pathetic. You would think that in recent years with TAU and other competitors in the West Island they would have raised their game but they haven't. Instead they have lost most if not all of what was once a great staff that offered informed and very pleasant service. Based on my family's, many of my friends and my own experiences in the last couple of years with Healthtree the biggest problem is incompetent and rude ownership (And leadership or lack thereof). In the past with a much better staff it was much better in spite of that very same ownership but now without its shortcomings are exposed. Frankly I am surprised Healthtree hasn't closed yet and truly feel bad for the employees who will lose their job when it does because no one provided them with the necessary tools or trained them to do their job properly. Let's hope someone buys out the inept owner and saves it before it is too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friendly health food store. Healthtree specially ordered a not frequently seen cereal for us, and even provide a volume rebate over the regular price. I am giving five stars for its commitment and service in helping customers out.
Need something special, even if you do not see it in display, make a request, wonderful thing might happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cover manufacturer's expiry date with their own price sticker having new expiry datetag in order to extend expiration date. Terrible tricherie to sell expired meat product. Their freezer is full of expired frozen products with new expiration tag of their own. When you buy frozen meat products from this shop be careful not to risk your health.
Also, some flour products are marked and sold as organic. But they are not certifies. I doubt if they are organic at all as organic food indicate a recognized authority which has certified origin and production/packaging procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here from time to time. Some vegan items I cannot find anywhere else, which I appreciate. There is this one cashier that’s worked there for a long time, and she never really greets customers. No effort in customer service. I never thought It would ever be a big deal to me, but it does add to the overall experience. Working in customer service 10+ years myself, I wish I could be as indifferent, but I don’t have that same luxury.
