★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful building, good location. Terrible management who don’t help and just have rigid illogical made up laws that are followed by people who have nothing better to do. I’ve been asking for an interior parking because for whatever made up reason you can’t park more than 3 days in the parking spaces outside (even though they’re empty most of the time at night) otherwise they tow you. I talked to different people in management several times, I have 2 small kids I need an interior parking and I still got towed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are some amazing condos. The elevators actually work. They can carry a lot people. The corridors are wide. The emergency stairs look solid. I would recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominium shopping. Good location but the effort of builder to provide a ready to move in condominium is not adequate. All the essential appliances are not in the builder's plan.
Also, the presentation is old school, not catching up the technology to make illustration and demo. This turns the younger generation off tremendously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot say enough how convenient this condo is. Perfect location for both auto drivers and non-auto drivers. But choose carefully the orientation of the appartment. Some of them don't have good sunshine and some of them don't have a nice view.
