★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il y a eu changement de logiciel pour la transmission des données . on demande de passer par Chrome mais ¸a ne fonctionne pas . Dans les instructions détaillées, on dit de passer par Firefox pour y arriver mais votre site renvoi directement à chrome. Tout ça fait en sorte que je n'arrive plus à transmettre les données et ce depuis le mois d'avril dernier. Vous pouvez constater qu'il y a un retard et je tient à vous signaler que je commence des séances de dialyse péritonéale pour lesquelles des ajustements seront nécessaires sur la pompe. La personne qui devrait m'assister pour faire ces ajustements ne reçoit donc pas mes résultats. Veuillez me donner des indications claires du site à adopter de un et comment transmettre à partir de là de deux.
there has been a change of software for data transmission. we ask to go through Chrome but it doesn't work. In the detailed instructions, we say to go through Firefox to get there but your site refers directly to chrome. All this means that I have not been able to transmit the data since last April. You can see that there is a delay and I would like to point out that I am starting peritoneal dialysis sessions for which adjustments will be necessary on the pump. The person who should assist me in making these adjustments therefore does not receive my results. Please give me clear directions of which site to adopt from one and how to forward from there two.
