★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kensington homes built our newly constructed 2021 home in Bonavista. Shelly Rozon was amazing during the buying process, she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions promptly. The home was ready at our specific possession date and everything was to our satisfaction. Although exterior works are currently been done, Kensington homes has maintained an open line of communication and things have worked out great so far. Donna at warranty is also great, she has responded kindly to our inquiries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were bumps along the way, as I imagine is normal with any new build. There are so many moving parts and counterparts. What we can’t imagine is having those bumps with anyone else. Our agent, Chantal K, was honest, communicated so quickly with us and answered all of our questions with transparency that we trust. We are very satisfied and excited to move into our beautiful home. I highly recommend building with Kensington, and most importantly, building with Chantal by your side.

Kensintong Home professional agent and team were really great to make everything happen smoothly. It was in October 2020 with possession for February 2021... All have been communicated in a good manner. Definitely, we recommend them to buy your next house ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed with KENSINGTON.
I purchased a new Kensington house in winter 2020. When we sign the agreement, we have agreed with the builder's lawyer clearly in the email that no additional cost for the Driveway. However, I am notified by Kensington that I have to pay for a larger Driveway which is not my change request. The builder's lawyer claimed that if we don’t agree with the additional cost, I will risk not receiving Driveway completion in 2021.
Mutual agreement is not a thing to be respected. KENSINGTON break this promise and leave me no choice now.

Although you said it is in the process of working on a solution...but after 3 weeks, I have never receipt any update or response from Kensington. This make me no choice but sign the option for the payment which I don't think I should in order not to further delay my handover date, as my handover date was delayed from end of May 2021 to Dec 2021 now, but still not receive the final possession letter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kensington is building a new house at my neighbour 38 George Baron Bay. They did not fill the hole around the basement at my side. The earth over my boardline collapsed. It's damaging my property. I called and Emailed to complain but nobody answer me.

We look forward to our walk through soon and ultimately moving into our lovely new home. My parents built a Kensington home almost 40 years ago which makes for a special connection with our purchase, we felt confident with a builder that has been a prevalent and trusted one in Winnipeg for so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first home buying/building experience. The best part of our experience with Kensington Homes has been our realtor Chantal Klassen. She has facilitated open and honest communication with us throughout the entire process. Although our home has taken much longer than expected to be built (purchased Nov 2020 - anticipated possession Nov 2021), we are still looking forward to a quality end result. One recommendation I would provide if you have chosen to build with Kensington Homes, is that you thoroughly prepare before you get to the design centre. You only have 3 hours in the centre and some of the pieces you may desire could be out of stock or backordered (some of prices may also sway your decisions).
