We have a French door fridge Freezer where we can only open one door totally cannot move shelves without pulling the Fridge out. Frost on the inside or our patio door. Return air vents 2ft away from heat ducts we waste about 15 litres of water a day as we have to let the taps run for about 50 seconds every time we want hot water. With the noise from above you can hear them walking across their floor. Cannot control the heat. Don't know what it will be like with the air conditioning in the summer. Had to wait 6 weeks for a repair to the Fridge and Dishwasher both under Warrantee but you have to go through street side to get repairs booked. Patio door has ice on inside and out takes 6 weeks for some to even take a look at it. Temperature on the inside of the window sill in spare Bedroom +5.5 cel outside temp -21

I have a 2 bedroom condo and I find it very spacious.I love my view from the east,I am on the 4th floor and can look out my windows at the dog park and walking path.the balcony is a good size and I really enjoy sitting out there when the weather is great.I had a wonderful experience with the realtors,Stephanie and Avery.Streetside.ca developments have been very prompt answering any of my questions.the condo is very quiet and a wonderful place to have pets.all in all its a great place to live. We are first time condo buyers so we wanted to make sure of everything. Even after signing off of purchasing, her services were very good and explained it patiently. We are very excited about moving into the condo units in 2023. We haven't picked out counters/flooring/cabinets etc. yet but we have and idea since we went to then showroom last month and can't wait to sit with the designer. Rosemarie & Wayne Gouzecky

Experience with sales team was awesome. Derreck was great to give us updates with the progress. The completion of the construction was almost on time. The first impression of our unit was better than our expection. We love the floor plan of our unit, love colors we picked, love the lighting fixtures, high ceiling, location, etc. Too many things to list. However, we have number of minor issues that we need to put a service request. Highly recommend to check out StreetSide condos if anyone in the market to buy a condo.
